Belu, JURNAL TIPIKOR–Berdasarkan KEP Kapolda NTT nomor: KEP/203/IV/2023 tanggal 19 april 2023 tentang pemberhentian dari dan pengangkatan dalam jabatan lingkungan Polda NTT, jabatan yang diemban sejumlah Perwira Polres Belu mengalami pergeseran.
Peralihan dari jabatan lama ke jabatan baru ditandai dengan Upacara serah terima jabatan (sertijab) Kasat Intelkam dan Kasat Samapta yang berlangsung di aula Bhayangkari, kamis (27/4/2023).
Upacara yang dimulai tepat pukul 08.30 wita ini, dipimpin langsung Kapolres Belu, AKBP Richo Nataldo Devallas Simanjuntak S.I.K dengan komandan upacara, Kanit PPA Sat Reskrim, IPDA Gatot Waskit, ST.
Upacara serah terima jabatan ini ditandai dengan pembacaan SKEP Kapolda NTT tentang Mutasi dilingkungan Polda NTT, dilanjutkan dengan Penanggalan dan Penyematan tanda jabatan.
Selain itu, para Pejabat yang melaksanakan serah terima jabatan, mengambil Sumpah jabatan yang didampingi Rohaniawan kemudian dilanjutkan dengan Penandatanganan Pakta Integritas.
Selaku Inspektur Upacara, Kapolres Belu dalam amanatnya mengungkapkan, serah terima jabatan di lingkungan Polri merupakan dinamika organisasi dari upaya tubuh Polri untuk meningkatkan kualitas kinerja organisasi.
“Saya ingin menggugah kembali ingatan Kita semua bahwa mutasi merupakan suatu kebutuhan organisasi sehingga dituntut penuh rasa tanggung jawab dan objektif dalam menjalankannya demi terpeliharanya situasi kamtibmas yang aman dan damai”kata Kapolres Belu.

“Dan pada sisi lainnya, dengan adanya serah terima jabatan ini akan terjadi regenerasi kepemimpinan sehingga muncul ide-ide dan tercipta hal-hal baru, memberikan gairah dan semangat pembaharuan serta semangat perubahan untuk terus maju”tambah Kapolres Belu.
Masih dalam amanatnya, Kapolres Belu mengucapkan selamat datang kepada pejabat baru dan ucapan terima kasih kepada pejabat lama dan Bhayangkari yang selama ini mendukung suami dalam menjalankan tugasnya.
“Kepada pejabat baru Kasat Intel dan Kasat Samapta, Saya ucapkan selamat datang dan segera beradaptasi dengan lingkungan kerja yang baru. Saya berharap, pejabat baru dapat melaksanakan tugas secara maksimal dan bertanggung jawab atas tugas yang diemban dalam rangka menghadapi tantangan tugas kedepan”pinta Kapolres Belu.
“Kepada pejabat lama, saya atas nama Pimpinan dan keluarga menyampaikan terima kasih atas pelaksanaan tugasnya selama ini. Dan selaku Pembina Bhayangkari Polres Belu, Saya mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Ibu Bhayangkari, atas pengabdiannya di organisasi Bhayangkari serta senantiasa memberikan support kepada suami dalam menjalankan tugasnya sebagai abdi negara” pungkas Kapolres Belu.
Berdasarkan Lembaga Survei, Prabowo Memiliki Elektabilitas Tertinggi Dibanding Ganjar dan Anis
Upacara yang digelar dilapangan apel Polres Belu dihadiri Wakapolres Belu, KOMPOL I Putu Surawan, S.IP, para Kabag, Kasat, Perwira Staf, Kapolsek jajaran, Ketua Bhayangkari Cabang Belu,Ny.Vonny Richo Simanjuntak beserta pengurus Bhayangkari Cabang dan Ranting serta Rohaniawan.
Kegiatan Upacara Sertijab selesai pukul 09.00 wita, dilanjutkan dengan pemberian selamat kepada pejabat baru dan pejabat lama serta acara ramah tamah yang berlangsung di aula Wira Satya Lantai 2 Polres Belu.
Untuk diketahui, berdasarkan KEP Kapolda NTT nomor: KEP/203/IV/2023 tanggal 19 april 202, jabatan Kasat Intelkam Polres Belu resmi diisi, IPTU Imanuel Lado, ST yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Panit 5 Subdit 4 Ditintelkam Polda NTT.
Sedangkan pejabat lama Kasat Intelkam Polres Belu .mendapat promosi jabatan sebagai Panit 5 subdit 1 Dit Intelkam Polda NTT.
Untuk jabatan Kasat Samapta Polres Belu, resmi diisi AKP Anselmus Perayang yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Kapolsek Insana Polres Timor Tengah Utara (TTU).
Sedangkan pejabat lama Kasat Samapta, IPTU Sadikin, S.Sos, mendapat promosi jabatan sebagai Kasubbag Bin Ops Polres Timor Tengah Utara (TTU).
