Sukabumi,jurnaltipikor.com,-Wakil Bupati Sukabumi H. Andreas, S.E., hadiri acara Rapat Kerja Daerah (Rakerda) II yang digelar Dewan Masjid Indonesia (DMI) Kabupaten Sukabumi yang bertempat di Pondok Pesantren Azzainiyyah, Kp. Nagrog Sinar Barokah, Perbawati Selabintana, Kabupaten Sukabumi, Selasa(25/02/2025).
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, H. Andreas, mengatakan Rakerda ini merupakan momentum strategis untuk menguatkan ikhtiar dalam memajukan peran masjid. Sehingga masjid tidak hanya sebagai tempat ibadah, melainkan pusat pendidikan, ekonomi, dan sosial.
“Masjid sebagai pusat pembinaan ruhiyah akan melahirkan masyarakat yang perilaku kehidupannya bukan lagi kepada tuntutan keadaan, namun lebih ke tuntunan yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai yang terkandung di dalam syariah serta pada perilaku kehidupan ibadahnya, dan bersifat menyeluruh pada aktifitas mu’amalahnya,” ujarnya.
Lanjutnya, di Kabupaten Sukabumi jumlah masjid dan musala tidak kurang dari 7000. Ditambah pondok pesantren dan madrasah diniyah yang mencapai ratusan hingga ribuan.
“Dengan jumlah yang begitu banyak tersebut, saya yakini DMI mampu mendorong terjadinya kebangkitan umat Islam. Tentu saja dengan ukhuwah dan kebersamaan yang bertolak dari masjid,” ucapnya.
Menurutnya, semua itu dapat selaras dengan visi Kabupaten Sukabumi yang maju, unggul, berbudaya, dan berkah (Mubarakah). Di mana, visi ini hadir untuk menjawab masalah kesejahteraan ekonomi, kesehatan masyarakat, dan pemberdayaan sosial.
“Keberkahan akan meningkatkan kesejahteraan umum, mengurangi kemiskinan, dan menciptakan lingkungan yang aman, serta kebahagiaan lahir bathin,” ungkapnya
Sehingga, dibutuhkan kolaborasi yang apik antara pemerintah daerah dengan lembaga/organisasi Islam seperti DMI. Hal itu diyakininya dapat menginisiasi pembangunan berbasis imtaq dan iptek.
“Semoga masjid juga bisa menjadi tempat berkumpulnya anak muda dalam hal positif Islami,” bebernya.
Sementara itu, Ketua DMI Kabupaten Sukabumi, KH. Aang Abdullah Zein, mengatakan ada dua hal yang dibahas dalam rakerda II ini. Hal pertama untuk mengevaluasi kinerja DMI Kabupaten Sukabumi selama dua tahun ke belakang. Hal itu terhitung 2023-2025 ini.
“Kedua menentukan arah kebijakan dan perumusan program ke depannya,” pungkasnya.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, terdapat MoU antara DMI dengan sejumlah perangkat daerah Kabupaten Sukabumi. Selain itu, H. Andreas pun menerima cinderamata berupa buku dari DMI.(Rama)
