Bogor, JURNAL TIPIKOR — Presiden RI Prabowo Subianto menegaskan bahwa efisiensi anggaran negara yang sedang dilakukan oleh pemerintahannya tidak mengganggu operasional sehari-hari. Anggaran yang dihemat itu akan dialihkan ke program yang lebih bermanfaat untuk masyarakat luas, seperti penyediaan pupuk hingga perbaikan sekolah.
Hal ini disampaikan Prabowo saat berbicara pada acara silaturahmi Koalisi Indonesia Maju (KIM) di kediamannya di Hambalang, Bogor, Jawa Barat, Jumat (14/2). Ia pun mengajak parpol di koalisinya itu untuk mendukung langkah penghematan ini.
“Memang saya ingin laksanakan efisiensi tapi jelas efisiensi ini tidak mengganggu pekerjaan operasi sehari-hari,” ujar Prabowo.

Prabowo pun menegaskan bahwa isu simpang siur terkait pemotongan gaji Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) akibat penghematan adalah berita yang tidak benar.
“Narasi isu gaji dipotong itu tidak benar,” tandasnya.
Prabowo mengatakan bahwa langkah penghematan ini menyangkut pengurangan kegiatan yang tidak penting, seperti perjalanan dinas ke luar negeri.
“Jadi habis itu kunker, seminar, FGD, forum group disscusion, apa yang didiskusikan? Rakyat perlu mitigasi rakyat perlu pupuk, rakyat perlu bibit, sekolah diperbaiki. Gak usah seminar lagi,” tegasnya.

Prabowo menyebut penghematan yang berhasil dilakukan sejauh ini mencapai sekitar Rp 300 triliun tanpa menyentuh program-program berjalan yang penting, termasuk di bidang pendidikan.
“Kita sudah menghemat sekitar Rp 300 triliun. Program-program berjalan tidak ada yang disentuh apalagi pendidikan,” jelasnya.
Sebelumnya, pada hari yang sama, Menteri Keuangan (Menkeu) Sri Mulyani menegaskan kriteria kegiatan pemerintahan yang terpengaruh oleh efisiensi anggaran yang digencarkan pemerintah.
“Kriteria efisiensi kementerian lembaga yang kita lakukan menyangkut kriteria-kriteria aktivitas yaitu perjalanan dinas, seminar, ATK, peringatan, dan perayaan serta kegiatan seremonial lainnya,” kata Sri Mulyani di Kompleks Parlemen, Senayan, Jakarta, Jumat.

Dengan demikian, kebijakan efisiensi ini, tidak akan terdampak pada PHK pegawai honorer, biaya UKT Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (PTN), hingga beasiswa Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP).
“Langkah ini tidak boleh, saya ulangi, tidak boleh mempengaruhi keputusan perguruan tinggi mengenai UKT,” kata Sri Mulyani.(*)
