Sukabumi, JURNAL TIPIKOR,-Paguyuban Jampang Tandang Makalangan (JTM) mendampingi masyarakat Desa Neglasari yang tergabung dalam Gerakan Neglasari Bersih (GNB) menggelar aksi demonstrasi di depan kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Cibadak Sukabumi untuk menuntut transparansi dan tindakan tegas dari Kejaksaan terkait adanya dugaan penyelewengan anggaran Dana Desa (DD) yang diduga di lakukan Kepala Desa Neglasari, Kecamatan Lengkong, Kabupaten Sukabumi, Rabu(12/02/2025).
Aksi ini merupakan lanjutan dari aksi demonstrasi sebelumnya yang telah dilakukan pada tanggal 17 dan 30 Januari lalu di Kantor Desa Neglasari.
Ketua Gerakan Neglasari Bersih yang juga Ketua DPC Paguyuban Jampang Tandang Makalangan (PJTM) Kecamatan Lengkong Suparman menyampaikan, hari ini kami dari paguyuban jampang tandang Makalangan bersama masyarakat Neglasari yang tergabung dalam Gerakan Neglasari Bersih (GNB) mendatangi Kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Cibadak Kabupaten Sukabumi mengadakan aksi demonstrasi dengan membawa tuntutan yang sama seperti aksi sebelumnya.

“Kami hari ini menggelar aksi demonstrasi didepan Kejaksaan Negeri Cibadak karena ingin proses hukum berjalan sesuai aturan. Kami pun berharap, agar inspektorat bekerja se-transparan mungkin dan tidak bermain mata dengan siapapun,”ucapnya kepada awak media.
Lanjutnya,kehadiran kami disini dikarenakan adanya dugaan penyelewengan dana Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) yang dilakukan Kepala Desa sekitar Rp. 400 juta dari tahun 2021 hingga 2024 dan temuan lainnya seperti penyelewengan BLT DD selama 8 bulan dimana perbulannya sebesar 300 ribu per bulan per orang dikali 35 orang, insentif guru ngaji dan guru PAUD yang tidak dibayarkan selama 12 bulan serta dana rapit posyandu dan anggaran infrastruktur yang tidak sesuai dengan RAB.
Ketua Gerakan Neglasari Bersih meminta pihak Kejaksaan agar menindak lanjut laporan yang sudah masuk agar masyarakat tidak kehilangan kepercayaan pada pemerintah dan birokrasi.
“Kami meminta kejaksaan bekerja sesuai dengan haknya dan segera melakukan penindakan proses hukum yang betul dan seadil-adilnya,”jelasnya.

Gerakan Neglasari Bersih (GNB) menolak Tuntutan Ganti Rugi (TGR) yang dapat melenggangkan kembali praktek-praktek penyelewengan anggaran oleh Kepala Desa Neglasari dan berharap hasil pemeriksaan inspektorat yang akan diserahkan ke kejaksaan dapat menjadi dasar untuk tindakan hukum yang lebih lanjut.
“Kami berharap, inspektorat transparan terkait hasil pemeriksaannya dan tidak main mata dengan siapapun. Terkait Tuntutan Ganti Rugi (TGR) kami menolaknya karena itu dapat melenggangkan kembali praktek-praktek penyelewengan anggaran, terkecuali proses hukum tetap berlanjut dan tidak berhenti, kami setuju adanya TGR,”pungkasnya.
