Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi telah menyiapkan berbagai materi untuk menghadapi gugatan praperadilan yang diajukan Sekretaris Jenderal PDI Perjuangan Hasto Kristiyanto terkait penetapan status tersangka.
“Biro Hukum KPK sedang menyiapkan semua bahan yang diperlukan untuk menghadapi gugatan praperadilan tersangka HK,” kata Juru Bicara Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) Tessa Mahardhika Sugiarto saat dikonfirmasi di Jakarta, Selasa.
Dikonfirmasi terpisah, Ketua DPP PDI Perjuangan Bidang Reformasi Sistem Hukum Nasional Ronny Talapessy mengatakan pihaknya telah menyiapkan 12 orang pengacara yang dipimpin Todung Mulya Lubis untuk mengawal gugatan praperadilan tersebut.
“Terkait bukti, semua sudah kita siapkan dan akan kita sampaikan dalam persidangan,” kata Ronny.

Dia juga meminta keluarga besar PDI Perjuangan untuk tetap tenang dan bersama-sama ikut mengawal jalannya proses hukum tersebut.
“Kita sama-sama hormati dan taat hukum. Kita sama-sama berjuang di jalan hukum, untuk membuktikan bahwa apa yang selama ini dituduhkan kepada Sekjen PDI Perjuangan Mas Hasto Kristiyanto adalah tidak benar,” ujarnya.
Penyidik KPK pada Selasa, 24 Desember 2024, menetapkan dua orang tersangka baru dalam rangkaian kasus Harun Masiku, yakni Sekretaris Jenderal PDI Perjuangan Hasto Kristiyanto (HK) dan advokat Donny Tri Istiqomah (DTI).
Ketua KPK Setyo Budiyanto mengungkapkan bahwa HK mengatur dan mengendalikan DTI untuk melobi anggota KPU Wahyu Setiawan agar dapat menetapkan Harun Masiku sebagai calon anggota DPR RI terpilih dari Dapil Sumsel I.

HK juga diketahui mengatur dan mengendalikan DTI untuk aktif mengambil dan mengantarkan uang suap untuk diserahkan kepada Wahyu Setiawan melalui Agustiani Tio Fridelina.
“HK bersama-sama dengan Harun Masiku, Saeful Bahri, dan DTI melakukan penyuapan terhadap Wahyu Setiawan dan Agustiani Tio Fridelina sebesar 19.000 dolar Singapura dan 38.350 dolar AS pada periode 16–23 Desember 2019 agar Harun Masiku dapat ditetapkan sebagai anggota DPR RI periode 2019–2024 dari Dapil Sumsel I,” ujar Setyo.

Selain itu, penyidik KPK juga turut menetapkan Hasto sebagai tersangka dalam perkara obstruction of justice atau perintangan penyidikan.
Setyo menerangkan tindakan yang dilakukan Hasto dalam perkara obstruction of justice tersebut adalah sebagai berikut.
1. Pada tanggal 8 Januari 2020 pada saat operasi tangkap tangan KPK, HK memerintahkan Nur Hasan, selaku penjaga rumah aspirasi Jl. Sutan Syahrir Nomor 12 A yang biasa digunakan sebagai kantor oleh HK, untuk menelpon Harun Masiku untuk merendam ponselnya dengan air dan segera melarikan diri.
2. Pada tanggal 6 Juni 2024, sebelum Hasto diperiksa sebagai saksi oleh KPK, yang bersangkutan memerintahkan stafnya yang bernama Kusnadi untuk menenggelamkan HP miliknya yang dipegang Kusnadi agar tidak ditemukan oleh KPK.
3 .Hasto mengumpulkan beberapa saksi terkait dengan perkara Harun Masiku dan mengarahkan agar saksi tidak memberikan keterangan yang sebenarnya.
Harun Masiku ditetapkan KPK sebagai tersangka dalam perkara dugaan pemberian hadiah atau janji kepada penyelenggara negara terkait dengan penetapan calon anggota DPR RI terpilih periode 2019–2024 di Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Republik Indonesia.
Walau demikian, Harun Masiku selalu mangkir dari panggilan penyidik KPK hingga dimasukkan dalam daftar pencarian orang (DPO) sejak 17 Januari 2020.(Antara)
