Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) terus mengusut kasus dugaan investasi fiktif PT Taspen yang menyeret mantan Direktur Utama PT Taspen, Antonius NS Kosasih (ANSK), sebagai tersangka. Dalam pengembangan kasus ini, KPK menyita enam unit apartemen mewah senilai total Rp 20 miliar yang berlokasi di Tangerang Selatan.
“Pada minggu ini pula, KPK telah melakukan penyitaan terhadap enam unit apartemen yang berlokasi di Tangerang Selatan senilai kurang lebih Rp 20 miliar,” ungkap Juru Bicara KPK, Tessa Mahardhika, dalam keterangan tertulis pada Minggu (19/1/2025).
Selain penyitaan properti, KPK juga mengintensifkan penyelidikan melalui serangkaian penggeledahan di empat lokasi di kawasan Jabodetabek pada 16 dan 17 Januari 2025. Langkah ini dilakukan untuk mencari barang bukti tambahan yang berkaitan dengan aliran dana hasil investasi fiktif tersebut.

Kasus ini berawal dari dugaan penyimpangan dalam pengelolaan dana investasi PT Taspen, perusahaan yang mengelola dana pensiun aparatur sipil negara (ASN). Berdasarkan temuan awal, investasi fiktif tersebut tidak hanya merugikan PT Taspen tetapi juga berpotensi berdampak luas pada stabilitas pengelolaan dana pensiun.
KPK menegaskan komitmennya untuk menuntaskan kasus ini, termasuk menelusuri aset-aset tersangka yang diduga diperoleh dari hasil kejahatan korupsi. Penyitaan enam unit apartemen ini diyakini merupakan salah satu aset hasil kejahatan tersebut.
“KPK akan terus menggali bukti-bukti tambahan untuk memastikan semua pelaku yang terlibat dalam kasus ini dapat dimintai pertanggungjawaban hukum,” tambah Tessa.

Skandal ini menjadi pukulan besar bagi kepercayaan publik terhadap pengelolaan dana pensiun ASN. Berbagai pihak mendesak pemerintah untuk memperketat pengawasan terhadap pengelolaan dana publik dan menuntut transparansi dari lembaga-lembaga serupa.
KPK diharapkan segera mengungkap detail aliran dana investasi fiktif ini, termasuk mengidentifikasi pihak-pihak lain yang terlibat. Proses hukum yang tegas dan transparan akan menjadi kunci untuk memulihkan kepercayaan publik.
Data dan perkembangan lebih lanjut terkait kasus ini akan terus dimonitor oleh KPK dan diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran lebih jelas tentang modus operandi investasi fiktif yang melibatkan petinggi PT Taspen. (*)
