Sukabumi, JURNAL TIPIKOR,-Dewan Pimpinan Kabupaten Asosiasi Pengusaha Indonesia (DPK Apindo) Kabupaten Sukabumi menggelar acara Musyawarah Kabupaten (Muskab) V sekaligus memberikan Laporan Pertanggung Jawaban DPK Apindo Kabupaten Sukabumi masa bhakti Tahun 2019-2024 yang berlokasi di Aula Hotel Augusta Jl. Raya Cikukulu No. 72, Desa. Cisande, Kecamatan Cicantayan, Kabupaten Sukabumi pada, Kamis (16/01/2025).
Hadir dalam acara Muskab V, perwakilan Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Sukabumi, Disnaker, DPP Apindo Jabar, BPJS Tenaga Kerja, Rs. Primaya dan mitra kerja lainnya.
Sudarno, S.H., selaku Ketua DPK APINDO dan jajaran pengurus Periode Tahun 2019 – 2024 dalam laporan pertanggung jawabannya menyampaikan berbagai perubahan yang telah dilakukan selama 5 tahun dengan melanjutkan berbagai program yang berkesinambungan dari Ketua sebelumnya yaitu Ibu Ning Wahyu A, S.Pd, M.M., yang sekarang menjabat sebagai Ketua DPP APIN2DO Jawa Barat.
“APINDO harus kompak, kuat dan bersatu sesuai dengan tujuan organisasi ini didirikan dengan 4 Pilar Tujuan utama yaitu :
1. Terciptanya Iklim usaha yang kondusif.
2. Terciptanya Pertumbuhan Investasi yang kompetitif
3. Terciptanya tingkat sosial ekonomi yang berkeadilan.
4. Terciptanya hubungan Industrial yang harmonis, Dinamis, Berkeadilan dan Kesetaraan,”Ujarnya.
Lanjutnya, selama 5 tahun berjalan total keanggotan ada penurunan yang disebabkan karena beberapa perusahaan tutup pasca pandemi. Dari 84 Perusahaan yang terdaftar kini hanya tersisa 52 Perusahaan dengan Anggota Aktif 31 Perusahaan sisanya 21 adalah Anggota Non Aktif.
“Berbagai kegiatan kami lakukan untuk memajukan organisasi selama Periode 2019 – 2024 diantaranya, kerjasama LKS Tripartit Kabupaten Sukabumi, Koordinasi Intensif dalam bidang Industrial Ketenagakerjaan, Sosialisasi dan Forum Discussion Group tentang Peraturan UU Ketenagakerjaan, dukungan kepada Pemerintah terkait bantuan bencana alam di Kabupaten Sukabumi, Kerjasama pemberantasan Pungli dalam recruitment tenaga kerja dengan Polres Sukabumi serta memberikan Konsultasi, Advokasi dan Bantuan Hukum kepada seluruh Pengusaha yang membutuhkan pendampingan serta perlindungan hukum,”bebernya.
Dalam acara Muskab V DPK Apindo Kabupaten Sukabumi digelar pula Pemilihan secara aklamasi dimana seluruh anggota Apindo kembali memilih Sudarno, S,H., sebagai Ketua APINDO Kabupaten Sukabumi Masa Bhakti Tahun 2025 – 2030.
