JURNAL TIPIKOR – Penjabat Gubernur Sumatera Selatan Elen Setiadi mempertimbangkan memberi bantuan hukum kepada Kepala Disnakertrans Sumsel berserta staf yang diringkus dalam operasi tangkap tangan (OTT) Kajari Palembang.
Elen saat diwawancarai di Palembang, Jumat, mengatakan pihaknya telah menerima informasi bahwa Kepala Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi (Disnakertrans) Sumsel berserta staf tertangkap dalam OTT yang dilakukan Kajari Palembang.
Sehingga, pihaknya menyerahkan segala proses hukum kepada Kejari Palembang, serta akan membantu penyidik apabila diperlukan.
“Informasi yang diterima, OTT itu dilakukan karena berkaitan dengan kewenangan K3 dan sebagainya. Tapi ini semua masih dugaan. Kami menunggu hasil dari kejaksaan,” katanya.

Terkait dengan pemberian bantuan, pihaknya akan melihat dulu seperti apa motif dari pelaku atas perbuatannya.
“Itu akan dilihat dulu posisinya seperti apa. Kalau memang terkait dengan pidana dan tidak berkaitan pekerjaan, dan inisiatif pribadi maka itu menjadi tanggung jawab pribadi. Tapi berkaitan dengan tugas itu akan diberikan dukungan bantuan hukum,” katanya.
Selain itu, Elen mengingatkan kepada seluruh ASN Pemprov Sumsel untuk tidak melakukan hal yang melanggar hukum berkaitan dengan Korupsi, Kolusi dan Nepotisme (KKN).

Pihaknya akan menyiapkan seseorang untuk menggantikan para penjabat Disnakertrans Sumsel yang tertangkap.
Sebelumnya, Kejaksaan Negeri Palembang, Sumatera Selatan melakukan operasi tangkap tangan (OTT) di Dinas Ketenagakerjaan (Kadisnaker) Provinsi Sumatera Selatan di Kantor Disnaker Sumsel, Plaju, Palembang, Jumat (10/1).(*)
