JAKARTA, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Pemecatan Shin Tae-yong dari kursi kepelatihan Timnas Indonesia ternyata membuat banyak pihak terkejut, termasuk orang-orang yang ada di Komisi X Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat (DPR) Republik Indonesia (RI). Karena itu, Komisi X DPR akan memanggil PSSI untuk mengetahui apa yang sebenarnya terjadi.
1. DPR Bakal Panggil PSSI
Seperti yang diketahui dalam beberapa tahun terakhir ini PSSI dan Komisi X DPR jadi sering bertemu. Alasannya karena dalam proses naturalisasi pemain keturunan, PSSI harus mendapatkan persetujuan Komisi X DPR.
Sejauh ini, Komisi X DPR, baik itu di periode yang lama maupun yang baru, sangat mendukung program naturalisasi PSSI. Terbukti hampir semua pemain yang diajukan PSSI lolos seleksi Komisi X DPR.

Kendati demikian, ketika DPR RI sudah mendukung penuh, tiba-tiba saja PSSI membuat langkah mengejutkan dengan memecat Shin Tae-yong. Padahal STY adalah salah satu alasan Timnas Indonesia mampu bersinar akhir-akhir ini.
Karena alasan itu, Komisi X DPR RI akan memanggil PSSI untuk mengetahui secara langsung apa penyebab STY dipecat. Selain untuk mempertanyakan masalah Shin Tae-yong, memang PSSI jadwalnya ke Senayan untuk melanjutkan proses naturalisasi sejumlah pemain.
“Insya Allah delam waktu dekat kami akan undang PSSI, dalam rangka usulan naturalisasi sekaligus menanyakan hal ini,” ujar Wakil Ketua Komisi X DPR RI, Lalu Hadrian Irfani kepada awak media, dikutip Selasa (7/1/2025).

Lalu Hadridan dan Komisi X sejatinnya takkan mengintervensi keputusan PSSI. Mereka justru menghormati apapun keputusan yang diambil oleh pihak Ketum PSSI, Erick Thohir.

2. PSSI Tengah Proses 3 Pemain
DPR sendiri tampaknya akan memanggil PSSI terkait 3 pemain yang tengah masuk dalam program naturalisasi PSSI. Pertama ada Ole Romeny, lalu dua lagi diperuntukann untuk Timnas Indonesia U-20, yakni Dion Marx dan Tim Geypens.(Red)
