JURNAL TIPIKOR – Ketua Komisi III DPR RI Habiburokhman menyebut perdebatan tentang ada tidaknya politisasi di balik penetapan Sekretaris Jenderal (Sekjen) PDI Perjuangan Hasto Kristiyanto sebagai tersangka oleh Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) tidak akan selesai hingga kiamat sekali pun, sebab bersifat subjektif.
“Kalau soal ini politik, enggak politik, itu sampai nanti kiamat kita enggak akan selesai berdebat. Pasti akan sangat subjektif. Orang yang ke injak akan teriak, orang yang enggak ke injak ya akan diam saja. Itulah dunia kita saat ini,” tutur Habiburokhman.
Hal itu disampaikannya selepas menyampaikan Catatan Akhir Tahun terhadap Mitra Kerja Komisi III DPR RI di Kompleks Parlemen, Jakarta, Jumat (27/12/2024)

Dia pun menyebut menghormati hak KPK dalam menjalankan tugasnya sehingga mempersilakan lembaga antirasuah itu untuk meneruskan proses hukum terhadap kasus tersebut.
Di sisi lain, dia juga menghormati hak Hasto untuk melakukan pembelaan diri seluas-luasnya, namun dia mengingatkan agar kebenaran harus ditunjukkan melalui bukti.
“Kalau aturan nanti ditegakkan, yang dituduhkan maupun yang dibantahkan itu harus sama-sama ada buktinya,” ucapnya.
Sebelumnya, Hasto ditetapkan sebagai tersangka berdasarkan surat perintah penyidikan (sprindik) bernomor Sprin.Dik/153/DIK.00/01/12/2024 bertanggal 23 Desember 2024.

Dalam sprindik itu, Hasto disebut terlibat tindak pidana korupsi bersama tersangka Harun Masiku dengan memberikan hadiah atau janji kepada anggota Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) RI Periode 2017-2022 Wahyu Setiawan terkait dengan penetapan calon anggota DPR RI terpilih periode 2019—2024.
Berdasarkan Sprin.Dik/152/DIK.00/01/12/2024 bertanggal 23 Desember 2024, Hasto juga menjadi tersangka perintangan penyidikan perkara dugaan tindak pidana korupsi yang dilakukan oleh Harun Masiku tersebut.
Untuk diketahui, Harun Masiku ditetapkan KPK sebagai tersangka dalam perkara dugaan pemberian hadiah atau janji kepada penyelenggara negara terkait dengan penetapan calon anggota DPR RI terpilih periode 2019—2024 di Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Republik Indonesia. Namun, sejauh ini Harun Masiku masih diburu dan dimasukkan ke dalam daftar pencarian orang (DPO).(Antara)
