JURNAL TIPIKOR – DPRD Provinsi Jawa Barat melalui Komisi I telah melaksanakan Uji Kelayakan dan Kepatutan terhadap Calon Anggota Komisi Informasi Provinsi Jawa Barat Periode 2024-2028.
Hal tersebut berdasarkan Surat Pengumuman DPRD Provinsi Jawa Barat Nomor : 3312/RT.01.01/DPRD pada tanggal 20 Desember 2024 sebagai tindak lanjut terkait Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik dan Peraturan Komisi Informasi Nomor 4 Tahun 2016 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Seleksi dan Penetapan Anggota Komisi Informasi.

Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, DPRD Provinsi Jawa Barat mengumumkan hasil Uji Kelayakan dan Kepatutan Calon Anggota Komisi Informasi Provinsi Jawa Barat berdasarkan peringkat sebagai berikut:
1. Dadan Saputra
2. Erwin Kustiman
3. Husni Farhani Mubarok
4. Nuni Nurbayani
5. Yadi Supriadi
6. Apipudin
7. Siska Frima Karimah
8. Leli Leiliawati
Diketahui bahwa calon peringkat 1 s/d 5 akan ditetapkan menjadi calon terpilih Anggota Komisi Informasi Provinsi Jawa Barat Periode 2024-2028 dan calon peringkat 6 s/d 8 sebagai cadangan.
Ketua Komisi 1 DPR Jawa Barat, Rahmat Hidayat Djati menyampaikan jika 8 nama ini merupakan nama-nama terbaik yang DPRD pilih, dari 15 nama terbaik yang diserahkan oleh panita seleksi.
“Kami memilih 8 yang terbaik. dari 15 yang diserahkan oleh Panitian seleksi, melalui mekanisme uji kelayakan dan kepatutan yang dialksanakan 19 Desember kemarin,” kata Rahmat.

Kedepan, Rahmat berharap agar lima anggota yang dilantik dapat benar-benar berjuang untuk mewujudkan keterbukaan informasi publik di Jawa Barat.
“Semua yang terpilih agar kerja keras untuk mengimplementasikan amanat Undang-undang 14 tahun 2008,” tutupnya.
Melalui pengumuman tersebut, selanjutnya DPRD Provinsi Jawa Barat akan menyampaikan hasil Uji Kelayakan dan Kepatutan dimaksud kepada Gubernur Jawa Barat.(Red)
