JURNAL TIPIKOR – Anggota DPRD Kota Bandung dari Komisi D, dr. Agung Firmansyah Sumantri, SpPD., KHOM., MMRS., FINASIM., melakukan kunjungan kerja ke Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Bandung Kiwari, Rabu, 20 November 2024. Kunjungan ini bertujuan untuk melihat langsung kondisi fasilitas kesehatan, mendengar keluhan para petugas medis, serta menyaksikan proses pelayanan kepada masyarakat.
Dalam kunjungannya, dr. Agung berdialog dengan tenaga medis dan staf rumah sakit yang menyampaikan sejumlah tantangan, mulai dari keterbatasan fasilitas hingga kebutuhan peningkatan kualitas layanan kesehatan.
“Masukan dari para petugas ini sangat penting sebagai bahan evaluasi kami di DPRD. Kami ingin memastikan bahwa seluruh masyarakat Kota Bandung mendapatkan layanan kesehatan yang memadai,” ujar dr. Agung.

Selain itu, dr. Agung juga mengamati proses pelayanan kepada pasien untuk memastikan bahwa RSUD Bandung Kiwari memberikan pelayanan yang profesional dan humanis. Ia menegaskan komitmennya untuk memperjuangkan peningkatan anggaran kesehatan demi optimalisasi fasilitas dan pelayanan di rumah sakit ini.
“Kesehatan masyarakat adalah prioritas utama. Kami akan berupaya sebaik mungkin untuk mendorong perbaikan, baik dari sisi infrastruktur, tenaga medis, hingga aksesibilitas layanan kesehatan,” ujarnya.
Kunjungan ini menunjukkan kepedulian Komisi D DPRD Kota Bandung terhadap sektor kesehatan, khususnya dalam memastikan RSUD sebagai garda terdepan pelayanan kesehatan dapat berfungsi optimal demi kesejahteraan masyarakat Kota Bandung.***
