Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Presiden ke-8 RI Prabowo Subianto akan mengumpulkan jajaran kabinetnya di Akademi Militer (Akmil) Magelang, Jawa Tengah untuk mengikuti pembekalan selama 25-27 Oktober. Dia mengatakan, melalui pembekalan atau pelatihan di lingkungan militer tersebut, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan karakter kepemimpinan para menteri dan wakilnya agar menjadi tim yang kuat dan membentuk karakter tangguh dalam menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam lima tahun ke depan dengan cepat dan efektif.
“Penting untuk memahami, tujuan utama pelatihan ini bukan untuk memasukkan gagasan militerisme ke dalam pemerintahan, melainkan membekali para pejabat dengan keterampilan kepemimpinan yang lebih tangguh dan kemampuan manajemen krisis,” jelasnya.

Menurut Fahmi, pelatihan untuk jajaran Kabinet Merah Putih itu bakal fokus pada pengembangan karakter dan disiplin yang diharapkan dapat diaplikasikan dalam konteks pemerintahan sipil. Dia menekankan, cara Prabowo tersebut bukan untuk merombak pemerintahan yang demokratis, melainkan sebuah langkah dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan yang solid.
“Prabowo tampaknya ingin membentuk kabinet yang lebih solid dan siap menghadapi tantangan, dengan cara yang tegas dan terstruktur namun tetap adaptif terhadap dinamika yang ada,” kata Fahmi.
