MA melakukan dua pelanggaran yakni melakukan pungli dan menggunakan logo Jaya Raya untuk LPM. Lurah Kamal Iqbal Siregar, S.Stp merasa difitnah atas kasus tersebut karena dalam surat tersebut oknum MA melakukan Pungli tersebut atas nama kelurahan.
“Saya merasa difitnah karena pungli itu mengatasnamakan instansi kami,” ujar Iqbal Siregar.
Iqbal Siregar segera menindak cepat dan memanggil pelaku. Oknum pelaku dihadirkan dalam sebuah forum musyawarah masyarakat untuk memintai pertanggungjawaban. Dalam forum tersebut, MA telah mengakui perbuatannya dan merasa bersalah atas tindakannya. Iqbal Siregar menganggap masalah ini telah selesai dan tidak ada ada perkara lanjutan dengan pihaknya setelah ini.
“Saya menganggap urusan telah selesai karena saya kasihan melihat pelaku, dengan pertimbangan menjelang lebaran seperti ini. Dan mungkin yang bersangkutan kurang memahami resiko perbuatannya bahwa ini masuk ke ranah hukum,” jelas Iqbal Siregar.
Pelanggaran yang dianggap fatal ialah LPM menggunakan logo Jaya Raya sehingga kesannya, meminta THR dari masyarakat resmi atas persetujuan kelurahan.
