JURNAL TIPIKOR – Tim penyidik Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) menjadwalkan ulang memanggil mantan Direktur Utama PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminium (Inalum) Danny Praditya (DP) sebagai saksi penyidikan dugaan korupsi terkait persoalan jual-beli gas antara PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) Tbk dan PT Isargas/Inti Alasindo Energi (IAE) pada tahun 2017-2021.
“Saksi DP direschedule ke tanggal 7 Oktober 2024,” kata Juru Bicara KPK Tessa Mahardhika saat dikonfirmasi di Jakarta, Rabu.
Donny Praditya awalnya diijadwalkan untuk menjalani pemeriksaan pada Senin (30/9) di Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Jakarta Selatan.

Namun yang bersangkutan tidak hadir sehingga pemeriksaan sehingga penyidik KPK menjadwalkan ulang pemeriksaan tersebut.
Donny diketahui pernah menjabat sebagai Direktur Komersial PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) tahun 2017.
KPK awalnya juga akan memeriksa Direktur Keuangan PT PGN tahun 2017 Nusantara Suyono (ND) pada Senin, namun yang bersangkutan juga tidak hadir dan pemeriksaannya dijadwalkan ulang pada 14 Oktober 2024.
KPK pada tanggal 13 Mei 2024 mengumumkan telah memulai penyidikan perkara dugaan korupsi di PT PGN Tbk. pada tahun anggaran 2018-2020. Penyidikan perkara dugaan korupsi tersebut berdasarkan hasil audit oleh Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) Republik Indonesia.
Dugaan tindak pidana korupsi tersebut terjadi dalam proses jual beli gas antara PT PGN dan perusahaan yang berinisial PT IG pada tahun 2018-2020, dan disebut telah merugikan keuangan negara hingga ratusan miliar rupiah.
Sesuai dengan kebijakan KPK, konstruksi perkara beserta pasal dan siapa saja pihak yang ditetapkan sebagai tersangka akan diumumkan secara lengkap dan utuh ketika penyidikan telah rampung dan dilakukan penahanan terhadap para tersangka.

Berdasarkan perkembangan penyidikan perkara tersebut, tim penyidik KPK memberlakukan cegah ke luar negeri terhadap dua orang terkait dengan perkara tersebut. Dua orang tersebut terdiri atas satu orang penyelenggara negara dan satu pihak swasta.(*)
