Kapolres Cilegon Polda Banten AKBP Eko Tjahyo Untoro melalui kasat Reskrim Polres Cilegon Polda Banten AKP Mochmad Nandar membenarkan bahwa Satreskrim Polres Cilegon unit PPA melakukan penanganan kasus perkara terjadi dugaan tindak pidana melarikan perempuan yang belum dewasa tidak dengan kemauan orang tuanya atau walinya dan/atau Persetubuhan dan Perbuatan cabul terhadap anak di bawah umur.

“Korban berinisial MT (16) yang diduga dilakukan oleh pelaku HT, tanpa ijin dari orang tua telah membawa pergi korban dari tempat tinggal korban. Adapun korban dijemput di pinggir jalan raya oleh pelaku selanjutnya korban dibonceng pelaku dengan menggunakan kendaraan sepeda motor lalu diajak ke tempat tinggal pelaku di daerah Kampung Ranca Tales Kelurahan Drangon Kec. Taktakan Kota Serang,” kata Nandar pada Senin (10/04).
Kemudian Nandar menjelaskan bahwa korban diberikan semacam obat-obatan oleh pelaku yang menyebabkan korban mengalami gangguan kesadaran serta kemungkinan korban disetubuhi dan dicabuli oleh pelaku.
“Pada Sabtu (08/04) sekitar pukul 18.30 Wib korban menghubungi saksi Saudari NA mengatakan bahwa korban bersama pelaku HT dan pelaku memberitahu kepada pelapor serta saksi Saudari NA bahwa korban dinaikan kendaraan Angkot jurusan Serang-Cilegon selanjutnya pelapor bersama Saudari NA menemukan korban sedang berada di dalam kendaraan angkot Serang – Cilegon dalam keadaan kesadaran terganggu, korban dibawa ke Puskesmas Cinangka untuk mendapatkan pertolongan medis selanjutnya korban dibawa ke rumah sakit RSUD Kota Cilegon untuk dilakukan pemeriksaan (Visum),” tambah Nandar.
