Rapat yang digelar di Ruang Pimpinan Rapat DPRD Wajo ini dihadiri Ketua DPRD Wajo sementara, Firmansyah Prekesi, Wakil Ketua DPRD Andi Merly Iswita, Anggota DPRD Wajo H Ambo Dalle, Feri Surachmat dan Andi Muhammad Akbar Al Fajri, Asri Jaya A Larief, H Andi Alauddin Palaguna, Sekda Wajo, Armayani, Kabag Hukum Pemkab Wajo, Andi Elvira dan Pelita Hukum Indonesia (PHI) Wajo.
Sekertaris daerah Kabupaten Wajo, Armayani, dalam penjelasannya mengakui jika dalam surat edaran Bupati Wajo tersebut, khususnya pada point 4 ada hal yang terputus dan perlu penyempurnaan.
“Saya perhatikan pada point 4 dalam surat edaran Bupati tersebut ada hal yang terputus, ” ujarnya.
Armayani menegaskan, bahwa setelah pertemuan hari ini, pemerintah Kabupaten Wajo akan segera membuat surat susulan, untuk menjelaskan bahwa permintaan untuk tidak menerbitkan surat keterangan domisili hanya berlaku untuk kepentingan biodata kependudukan. Untuk kepentingan lain lurah dan kepala desa boleh menerbitkan surat keterangan domisili.
“Jadi saya minta agar surat edaran susulan harus jadi hari ini, pantang pulang sebelum surat selesai,” ujarnya.

Ketua PHI Wajo, Sudirman berharap agar pemerintah kabupaten Wajo untuk mencermati dan mengkaji dengan baik sebelum membuat aturan yang pada akhirnya akan membuat polemik di lingkungan masyarakat.
“Sebelum menerbitkan satu aturan harusnya dikaji terlebih dahulu. Dan jangan membuat penafsiran sendiri atas rujukan peraturan diatasnya, ” tegas Sudirman.
Ketua DPRD sementara Kabupaten Wajo, Firmansyah Perkesi berharap agar pemerintah kabupaten Wajo melakukan sosialisasi tentang undang-undang administrasi kependudukan.
“Saya harap pemerintah kabupaten Wajo giat melakukan sosialisasi dan melibatkan Forkopimda, ” ujarnya.
