JURNAL TIPIKOR – Menteri Perhubungan (Menhub) Budi Karya Sumadi mengungkapkan tamu-tamu VIP untuk HUT Kemerdekaan RI di IKN harus menggunakan kendaraan listrik atau electric vehicle (EV).
“Untuk tamu-tamu VIP dalam perayaan HUT Kemerdekaan RI di IKN kita haruskan menggunakan mobil listrik atau electric vehicle (EV). Kita nanti akan lakukan simulasi apakah setiap duta besar negara-negara sahabat diberikan satu mobil listrik atau apakah menggunakan bus listrik ini merupakan domain dari Kementerian Sekretariat Negara (Setneg),” ujar Budi Karya Sumadi di Semarang, Jawa Tengah, Minggu (16/6/2024).
“Saya belum tahu karena hal tersebut merupakan domain dari Setneg untuk melakukannya. Tapi yang pasti angkutan darat di IKN ini terbagi menjadi beberapa fungsi. Pertama adalah fungsi dari luar terutama dari Balikpapan ke IKN, kita memiliki fasilitas ride and park dan dari situ kita keliling dengan menggunakan bus atau mobil yang disediakan atau dimiliki oleh para operator swasta untuk menuju tempat-tempat akhir,” katanya.

IKN sendiri menyediakan bus-bus listrik yang memiliki rute mengelilingi tempat-tempat yang strategis.
“Tetapi juga untuk operator swasta ada Blue Bird, Gojek dan lainnya di mana mereka akan mengisi ruang-ruang komersil yang digunakan secara individu,” kata Budi Karya Sumadi.
Terkait layanan bus listrik, Kemenhub telah melaksanakan kajian perencanaan teknis angkutan umum di KIPP tahap 1 dengan mengusulkan 3 rute trayek.
Ketiga trayek tersebut yakni rute Park & Ride sampai Masjid Raya dengan total kebutuhan 13 bus medium; rute Park & ride sampai Botanical Garden total kebutuhan armada 7 bus medium; dan rute Park & ride 1 sampai Park & ride 2 dengan total kebutuhan 21 armada.
Sementara itu, Otoritas Ibu Kota Nusantara (OIKN) juga berencana bekerja sama dengan Bluebird untuk melayani rute di dalam IKN atau KIPP tahap 1, dalam hal ini terkait pengadaan bus listrik dan rencana operasionalnya.
Kemudian, untuk 2025 telah diusulkan anggaran Buy the Service (BTS) untuk melayani rute IKN. Terkait rencana rute akan menyesuaikan dengan persil tanah yang sudah terbangun, sedangkan jumlah kebutuhan armadanya masih menunggu kajian dan review dari tim OIKN.
Kemenhub akan memberikan dukungan terkait transportasi dalam rangka peringatan HUT RI ke-79 di IKN pada 17 Agustus 2024.
