JURNAL TIPIKOR – Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Bandung melakukan eksekusi penyitaan logo Bikers Brotherhood 1 persen Mother Chapter (BB1 % MC) yang berada di Jalan Pajajaran, Kota Bandung, Selasa (21/05/2024) pagi tadi
Eksekusi tersebut menindaklanjuti putusan PN Bandung yang memutus permohonan aanmaning atau teguran dari Bikers Brotherhood MC (BBMC) Indonesia sebagai penggugat kepada BB 1 persen MC sebagai tergugat.
Dalam permohonannya penggugat meminta agar tergugat segera mengembalikan logo ke BBMC sebagai pemilik sah karena telah berkekuatan hukum tetap sesuai putusan Мahkamah Agung RI Nomor: 3513K/PDT/2020 Vide Putusan no: 432/PDT.G/2018/PN.BDG Jo no: 115/PDT/2020/PT.BDG Jo no : 3513 K/PDT/2020.

Dalam eksekusi tersebut Juru Sita PN Bandung membacakan hasil putusan objek-objek yang harus dikembalikan ke BBMC sebagai pemilik sah berkekuatan hukum.
Akan tetapi dalam penyitaan tersebut tak nampak satupun atribut maupun logo yang diterpangpang di markas BB 1 persen MC di jalan Padjajaran Bandung.
Juru sita PN Bandung, Rahmat Hidayat, mengungkapkan, pemeriksaan di lokasi tak ditemukan objek-objek yang sudah dilekatkan eksekusi sebelumnya.

Ekesekusi terkait dengan penarikan logo yang dilekatkan sita eksekusi yang berada di Jalan Pajajaran nomor 42, Pasir Kaliki, telah dilaksanakan dengan catatan bahwa objek itu sudah tak ditemukan di lokasi itu.
“Telah dilakukan sita dua, pertama logo di pintu depan tidak ada, dan fasenya ketua umum BBMC 1% tidak ditemukan di dalam,”kata Rahmat Hidayat dilokasi eksekusi.(Viva)
