Bertindak selaku Inspektur Upacara yakni Danyon B Pelopor Satbrimob Polda Sulsel Kompol Ramli, S.Sos., M.Si., M.M., dengan Komandan Upacara Danki 2 Batalyon B Pelopor AKP Burahim dan Perwira Upacara Pasi Min Batalyon B Pelopor AKP Suwaji serta turut dihadiri oleh pejabat Danki, Wadanki, Pasi, Bhayangkari dan seluruh personel Batalyon B Pelopor Satbrimob Polda Sulsel
Dalam amanat Komandan Batalyon B Pelopor Satbrimob Polda Sulsel Kompol Ramli mengatakan, bahwa Mutasi dan Serah Terima Jabatan maupun Pelantikan Jabatan adalah merupakan kebutuhan organisasi dan hal yang biasa dilakukan di tubuh organisasi khususnya Polri, kalau kita mau merubah dan mengembangkan serta meningkatkan pengetahuan, pengalaman, harus mau pindah dari tempat dan jabatan yang berbeda, disanalah kita bisa menimba pengalaman sebanyak-banyaknya untuk bekal kelak menjadi komandan di satuan.
“Jabatan itu tidak kekal tapi ada batas waktunya, oleh sebab itu gunakanlah jabatan yang saudara pegang dengan baik dan tidak disalah gunakan karena jabatan merupakan amanah yang harus dilaksanakan dengan tulus hati, tidak dipaksa, dan kelak saudara akan mempertanggungjawabkan baik di dunia maupun di akhirat,” Kata Ramli.
