BANDA ACEH, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Provinsi Aceh memasuki pekan ketiga masa tanggap darurat setelah rangkaian bencana hidrometeorologi berupa banjir bandang dan tanah longsor melanda sejak akhir November lalu. Hingga hari ini, Jumat (19/12), upaya penanganan darurat dan pemulihan infrastruktur terus diprioritaskan oleh pemerintah pusat dan daerah.
Update Korban dan Situasi Pengungsian
Data terbaru dari Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB) menunjukkan skala dampak yang sangat masif di wilayah Sumatera, dengan Aceh sebagai salah satu titik terdampak paling parah:
- Korban Jiwa: Di Provinsi Aceh, tercatat 456 orang meninggal dunia. Secara akumulatif (termasuk Sumatera Utara dan Sumatera Barat), total korban meninggal dunia mencapai 1.068 orang.
- Pencarian Korban: Tim SAR gabungan masih melakukan pencarian intensif terhadap 190 orang yang dinyatakan hilang, termasuk 4 warga di Aceh Tengah.
- Pengungsi: Sebanyak 537.185 jiwa warga terdampak masih bertahan di posko-posko pengungsian karena rumah mereka rusak atau masih terendam material lumpur.
- Status Darurat: Sebanyak 27 kabupaten/kota di wilayah terdampak masih menetapkan status Tanggap Darurat yang direncanakan berlangsung hingga 25 Desember 2025.
Progres Pemulihan dan Penyaluran Logistik
Pemerintah dan instansi terkait terus bekerja untuk membuka isolasi wilayah dan menjamin ketersediaan kebutuhan dasar: - Akses Transportasi: Jalur menuju wilayah tengah Aceh (Bener Meriah dan Aceh Tengah) yang sebelumnya terputus total kini mulai dapat diakses melalui jalur alternatif Simpang KKA.
- Krisis Air Bersih: Menanggapi kelangkaan air bersih, Polri telah mendistribusikan dan memasang 387 tandon air bersih, dengan fokus utama di wilayah Aceh Tamiang.
- Gotong Royong Kebersihan: Personel Damkar bersama warga setempat terus melakukan pembersihan material lumpur di fasilitas publik seperti pasar, rumah ibadah, dan akses jalan utama.
Tantangan Berat di Lapanga
Meski debit air di beberapa titik mulai surut, proses pemulihan menghadapi sejumlah kendala teknis:
“Fokus kami saat ini adalah mengembalikan konektivitas dan kesehatan warga. Kerusakan infrastruktur seperti jembatan putus di Bireuen sedang kami tangani dengan pemasangan jembatan bailey agar distribusi bantuan tidak terhambat,” ujar perwakilan penanganan darurat setempat.
Selain itu, pemulihan jaringan telekomunikasi (BTS) dan listrik masih terhambat akibat kerusakan fisik yang berat. Otoritas kesehatan juga mulai mewaspadai munculnya penyakit pascabencana yang dipicu oleh tumpukan sampah dan sisa material banjir yang belum sepenuhnya tertangani.(*)
