Seluma, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Seorang perempuan asal Kota Bengkulu, berinisial LN (34), Rabu 17 Desember 2025 mendatangi kantor Inspektorat Daerah Seluma.
Tujuannya, untuk melaporkan seorang perempuan berinisial AG, diketahui merupakan Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Seluma ke Inspektorat Seluma.
LN melaporkan AG karena diduga berselingkuh dengan suaminya, AT (35) yang saat ini sebagai PPPK di Kantor Balai Pelaksana Jalan Nasional (BPJN) Bengkulu.
“Saya hari ini mengadu ke Inspektorat karena suami saya sudah ketahuan berselingkuh dengan tenaga PPPK kesehatan di Seluma, saya harap mereka dipecat,” kata LN, kepada RB.
Sementara itu, Inspektur Inspektorat Seluma, Dr. Marah Halim, mengaku telah menerima laporan tersebut.
Selanjutnya, pihaknya akan memanggil oknum PPPK yang diduga berselingkuh dengan suami pelapor, untuk dimintai keterangan.
“Laporan sudah kami terima, akan segera ditindaklanjuti,” ujarnya.
Selain itu, saat ini Inspektorat Seluma juga menangani 3 oknum PPPK Seluma yang diduga juga terlibat kasus asusila
“Sampai saat ini sudah 3 ASN PPPK yang laporannya sudah ada dengan kami.
2 tenaga kesehatan dan 1 tenaga guru, mengenai sanksi nanti kita lakukan pemeriksaan dulu,” terangnya.
Di sisi lain, Sekretaris BMA Kabupaten Seluma, Marwan Suparsih, menegaskan sosialisasi hukum adat perlu digaungkan kembali.
Karena menyangkut adat dan moralitas seluruh elemen masyarakat di Kabupaten Seluma.
BMA Seluma akan terus berupaya untuk menegakkan hukum adat Seluma, sesuai dengan Perda No. 4 Tahun 2014.
“Tak cukup uang damai terus selesai, kalau hukum adat Serawai ini benar-benar diterapkan sesuai Perda No. 4 Tahun 2024, tidak ada lagi warga yang berani berbuat zina, kumpul kebo, perselingkuhan dan sejenisnya.
Hal ini perlu untuk terciptanya semua unsur pemerintahan dan elemen masyarakat, diharapkan kerjasamanya demi masyarakat yang bermoral di Kabupaten Seluma ini,” singkatnya.
