Kebun Rumput, Kelurahan Baros, Kecamatan Cimahi Tengah, Kota Cimahi, Senin (15/12/2025).
Upacara peringatan Hari Juang TNI AD tahun 2025 mengusung tema “TNI AD Manunggal dengan Rakyat untuk Indonesia Bersatu, Berdaulat, Sejahtera, dan Maju”. Kegiatan tersebut diikuti oleh prajurit TNI AD, TNI AL, TNI AU, Polri, Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN), Komponen Cadangan, serta unsur masyarakat.
Upacara turut dihadiri jajaran Mabesad, Mabes TNI, para pejabat Balakpus TNI AD, para pejabat jajaran Kodam III/Slw, unsur TNI–Polri, Forkopimda Provinsi Jawa Barat dan Kota Cimahi, Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana, serta para tokoh masyarakat, akademisi, pemuda, dan insan media.

Pada kesempatan tersebut Kasad menyinggung kondisi bangsa yang masih dihadapkan pada berbagai bencana alam di sejumlah daerah. Hal tersebut menjadi latar belakang pelaksanaan peringatan Hari Juang TNI AD Tahun 2025 yang dilaksanakan secara lebih sederhana. Kesederhanaan tersebut justru mempertegas esensi utama Hari Juang TNI AD, yakni pengabdian total prajurit kepada rakyat, bangsa, dan negara.
“Hari Juang ini biasanya kita peringati sambil menggelar pesta-pesta rakyat. Namun situasi Indonesia saat ini sedang berduka karena banyak saudara-saudara kita terdampak bencana. Karena itu, kita melaksanakan upacara dan syukuran sederhana bersama masyarakat,” ujar Kasad.
Hari Juang bukan sekadar seremonial tahunan, melainkan momentum refleksi atas peran strategis TNI AD dalam menjawab berbagai tantangan bangsa, khususnya dalam kondisi darurat dan kebencanaan. Ia menjelaskan bahwa realitas di lapangan telah membuktikan pentingnya keberadaan satuan dan prajurit TNI AD yang tersebar di berbagai wilayah Indonesia.
“Sekarang rekan-rekan media bisa melihat langsung bagaimana prajurit kita bekerja di lapangan menghadapi bencana. Dengan satuan yang sudah berada di wilayah, kita tidak perlu menunggu mobilisasi pasukan dari jauh,” jelas Kasad.

Meskipun prajurit telah berada di daerah terdampak, tantangan masih dihadapi terkait ketersediaan perlengkapan, seperti alat berat, jembatan darurat, dan sarana teknis lainnya yang sebagian besar masih harus didatangkan dari Pulau Jawa. Namun demikian, semangat dan dedikasi prajurit di lapangan tetap tinggi dalam membantu masyarakat.
Kasad turut membagikan pengalaman saat mendampingi Presiden RI meninjau daerah terdampak bencana di Aceh, Sumatera Utara, Sumatera Barat, hingga sejumlah wilayah di Jawa Barat. Menurutnya, hal itu menjadi bukti nyata bahwa pengabdian prajurit TNI AD tidak pernah berhenti.
Keterlibatan TNI AD dalam penanganan bencana tidak hanya terbatas pada tahap tanggap darurat, tetapi berlanjut hingga fase rehabilitasi dan rekonstruksi. Hingga pertengahan Desember 2025, sejumlah jembatan besar telah berhasil difungsikan kembali, dan puluhan jembatan lainnya ditargetkan rampung hingga awal tahun 2026.
TNI AD juga akan terus berperan dalam pembangunan infrastruktur darurat nasional. Presiden telah memberikan amanah kepada TNI AD untuk turut bertanggung jawab dalam pembangunan jembatan di seluruh Indonesia, dengan target jangka panjang mencapai 1.500 hingga 2.000 jembatan.
