Bandung, JURNAL TOPIKOR – Dalam rangka memperingati Hari Anti Korupsi Sedunia (HAKORDIA), Aliansi Aktivis Anak Bangsa bersama elemen masyarakat Jawa Barat menggelar aksi massa di depan Kantor Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Jawa Barat pada Selasa, 9 Desember 2025.
Aksi ini diselenggarakan sebagai penegasan desakan publik agar Kejati Jabar menuntaskan seluruh kasus korupsi di wilayah Jawa Barat secara tegas, transparan, dan tanpa pandang bulu.
Lima Poin Tuntutan Penegakan Hukum Bersih
Massa aksi membawa lima poin pernyataan sikap yang menjadi inti tuntutan mereka untuk penegakan hukum yang bersih:
- Tolak Kompromi: Mendesak Kejati Jabar agar tidak berkompromi terhadap para pelaku korupsi.
- Tolak Impunitas: Menuntut agar tidak ada impunitas bagi koruptor, siapapun latar belakangnya.
- Perkuat Transparansi: Mendorong peningkatan transparansi publik dalam setiap penanganan kasus korupsi.
- Tingkatkan Integritas: Menekankan pentingnya peningkatan integritas aparat penegak hukum.
- Libatkan Generasi Muda: Memastikan pelibatan generasi muda dalam pengawasan sosial anti korupsi.
Pernyataan sikap tersebut dibacakan secara terbuka di hadapan peserta aksi, diikuti dengan pembacaan Deklarasi Anti Korupsi secara serempak.
Pembacaan deklarasi ini menandakan komitmen moral bahwa pemberantasan korupsi adalah gerakan kolektif seluruh rakyat, bukan hanya tugas aparat penegak hukum.
Komitmen Bersama dan Penandatanganan Deklarasi
Menjelang akhir kegiatan, perwakilan Aliansi Aktivis Anak Bangsa diterima oleh bagian Humas Kejati Jawa Barat. Dalam pertemuan ini, aspirasi dan tuntutan massa, khususnya mengenai penyelesaian kasus-kasus korupsi yang dianggap mandek atau berjalan lambat, disampaikan secara langsung.
Aksi ditutup dengan momen penting berupa penandatanganan deklarasi antara perwakilan massa aksi dan perwakilan Kejati Jabar.
Penandatanganan ini menjadi simbol komitmen bersama dalam memperkuat langkah pemberantasan korupsi di Jawa Barat serta memastikan penegakan hukum berjalan secara transparan, akuntabel, dan tidak memihak.
