Yogyakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) menyatakan akan melakukan pengawasan ketat terhadap penggunaan anggaran pemerintah, termasuk dana donasi dari masyarakat, yang dialokasikan untuk penanganan bencana banjir bandang dan longsor di Pulau Sumatera, khususnya di Aceh, Sumatera Utara, dan Sumatera Barat.
Pernyataan ini disampaikan oleh Ketua KPK, Setyo Budiyanto, usai menghadiri rangkaian Hari Antikorupsi Sedunia 2025 di Kota Yogyakarta pada Senin (9/12).
Pengawasan ini bertujuan untuk memastikan tidak ada penyimpangan yang terulang dalam penyaluran bantuan bagi korban bencana.
“Nanti mungkin kami akan menugaskan kedeputian yang terkait dengan itu, apakah korsup (koordinasi dan supervisi) atau mungkin pencegahan, untuk bekerja sama melihat supaya jangan sampai itu terulang kembali ada penyimpangan-penyimpangan yang berkaitan dengan bantuan ya, donasi dari masyarakat,” ujar Setyo Budiyanto.
Langkah pengawasan ini dipicu oleh banyaknya kementerian dan lembaga yang membuka ruang bagi masyarakat untuk berdonasi.
KPK memandang ini sebagai upaya untuk mendukung pemerintah agar proses penyaluran bantuan berjalan sesuai peruntukannya.
“Ini menjadi salah satu pemikiran dan upaya kami untuk ikut mendukung apa yang sudah dilakukan oleh pemerintah dalam rangka supaya proses penyaluran bantuan-bantuan itu akan sesuai dengan peruntukannya,” tambahnya.
Pengawasan KPK ini berlatar belakang bencana alam dahsyat banjir bandang dan longsor yang melanda Aceh, Sumut, dan Sumbar. Menurut data sementara dari Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB) per Minggu (7/12), bencana tersebut telah mengakibatkan total 921 korban meninggal dunia dan 392 jiwa masih dinyatakan hilang.
Penanganan bencana di tiga provinsi ini telah menjadi prioritas nasional. Sebelumnya, pada 3 Desember 2025, Menteri Koordinator Bidang Pembangunan Manusia dan Kebudayaan (Menko PMK) Pratikno menyatakan bahwa Presiden Prabowo Subianto telah menginstruksikan agar dampak bencana ditangani secara nasional.
Lebih lanjut, pada 7 Desember 2025, Presiden Prabowo juga menyampaikan tujuh arahan penting dalam rapat terbatas penanganan bencana di Aceh, salah satunya menekankan pentingnya kecepatan, ketepatan, dan konsistensi pemerintah dalam memastikan keselamatan dan pemulihan warga terdampak.
Upaya pengawasan dari KPK ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bagian integral dalam mencapai arahan Presiden tersebut.
