Kendari, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) RI akan menjatuhkan sanksi kepada sejumlah perusahaan tambang yang beroperasi di Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara (Sultra) karena ditemukan melanggar atau menunggak kewajiban pajak.
Kepala Pusat Penerangan Hukum (Kapuspenkum) Kejagung, Anang Supriatna, saat ditemui di Kendari pada hari Senin, mengungkapkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil pendataan, setidaknya ada lebih dari lima perusahaan tambang di Sultra yang akan dikenakan sanksi.
“Ada kurang lebih di atas lima perusahaan akan disiapkan sanksi administrasi dan denda,” tegas Anang, yang mendampingi Jaksa Agung RI Burhanuddin dalam kunjungan kerjanya.
Sanksi tersebut merupakan tindak lanjut dari kerja tim kejaksaan bersama Satuan Tugas (Satgas) Penertiban Kawasan Hutan (PKH) yang melibatkan unsur kepolisian, TNI, dan kehutanan. Satgas PKH telah melakukan kunjungan dan peninjauan langsung ke lokasi sejumlah perusahaan tambang di Sultra.
“Hasil kunjungan itu ada beberapa perusahaan sudah terdata dan diproses,” lanjut Anang.

Kunjungan kerja Jaksa Agung RI Burhanuddin ke Sulawesi Tenggara juga memiliki agenda utama untuk meninjau langsung kondisi kantor kejaksaan, termasuk Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Sultra, Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Konawe, dan Kejari Kendari.

Selain peninjauan, kunjungan ini bertujuan untuk memantau perkembangan penanganan perkara korupsi yang sedang ditangani oleh jajaran kejaksaan di Sultra, serta mengecek kesiapan personel, sarana, dan prasarana yang memerlukan perbaikan.
“Jadi untuk melihat capaian kinerjanya seperti apa nanti akan jadi bahan evaluasi dari pimpinan,” jelas Anang Supriatna.
Jaksa Agung Burhanuddin mengawali kunjungannya dengan meninjau sarana dan prasarana di Kejaksaan Negeri Konawe, sebelum melanjutkan peninjauan di Kejaksaan Negeri Kendari pada sore harinya.
