Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) melanjutkan penyidikan kasus dugaan korupsi penyaluran bantuan sosial (bansos) beras untuk Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Kementerian Sosial (Kemensos) tahun 2020–2021.
Hari ini, KPK memanggil dan memeriksa empat orang pendamping PKH dari Kabupaten Ngawi dan Kabupaten Magetan, Jawa Timur, sebagai saksi. Pemeriksaan tersebut dilaksanakan di Markas Kepolisian Resor Kota (Polresta) Surakarta, Jawa Tengah.
Juru Bicara KPK, Budi Prasetyo, mengonfirmasi pemanggilan tersebut kepada para jurnalis di Jakarta pada hari Jumat.
“Pemeriksaan bertempat di Polresta Surakarta, Jateng, atas nama SYT dan WSN selaku pendamping PKH Kabupaten Ngawi, serta IJK dan ZNM selaku pendamping PKH Kabupaten Magetan,” kata Budi.
Budi menambahkan bahwa keempat saksi dipanggil untuk mendalami kasus dugaan korupsi penyaluran bantuan sosial beras di Kemensos.
Latar Belakang Kasus Dugaan Korupsi Bansos Beras
KPK telah melakukan penyidikan terhadap kasus ini sejak 15 Maret 2023. Kasus ini melibatkan dua klaster penyaluran bansos beras.
Klaster I: PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (BGR Logistics)
Pada klaster pertama, KPK sebelumnya telah menetapkan beberapa tersangka yang terkait dengan PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa atau BGR Logistics (Persero), yaitu:
- Muhammad Kuncoro Wibowo (MKW), Direktur Utama BGR Logistics (2018–2021).
- Budi Susanto (BS), Direktur Komersial BGR Logistics (2018–2021).
- April Churniawan (AC), Vice President Operasional BGR Logistics (2018–2021).
Klaster II: PT Dosni Roha Indonesia (DNR)
Pada 19 Agustus 2025, KPK mengumumkan pengembangan kasus untuk klaster penyaluran bansos beras oleh PT Dosni Roha Indonesia. Dalam klaster ini, KPK menilai kerugian negara mencapai Rp200 miliar.
Dalam klaster kedua ini, KPK telah menetapkan tiga orang dan dua korporasi sebagai tersangka. Dua tersangka individu yang telah diumumkan ke publik adalah:
- Rudy Tanoe (diungkapkan pada 11 September 2025 setelah mengajukan praperadilan), yang menjabat sebagai Komisaris Utama PT Dosni Roha Logistik (DNR Logistics) sekaligus Direktur Utama PT Dosni Roha Indonesia (DNR).
- Edi Suharto (ES) (diungkapkan pada 2 Oktober 2025), Staf Ahli Menteri Sosial Bidang Perubahan dan Dinamika Sosial.
Dengan demikian, KPK masih belum mengumumkan secara resmi identitas satu tersangka individu dan dua korporasi yang terlibat dalam klaster DNR ini.
Sebelumnya, pada 19 Agustus 2025, KPK juga telah mencegah empat orang bepergian ke luar negeri terkait klaster DNR, yaitu: Edi Suharto (ES), Bambang Rudijanto Tanoesoedibjo (BRT/Rudy Tanoe), Kanisius Jerry Tengker (KJT), dan Herry Tho (HER).
