Bengkulu Selatan, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Kepala Desa (Kades) Keban Agung 1 Kecamatan Kedurang Ili Suryani dinilai melakukan arogansi terhadap salah satu wartawan media cetak Harian Bengkulu Ekspress (BE) Renald Ayubi.
Pasalnya saat wartawan tersebut melakukan liputan, Kades tersebut melakukan pengusiran sambil mendorong wartawan Renald Ayubi Rabu, 3 Desember 2025 di kantor Inspektorat Bengkulu Selatan.
Kejadian bermula saat Renald menjalankan tugas peliputan terkait pengaduan masyarakat Dusun Pagar Bunga, Desa Keban Agung 1, soal izin penggarapan lahan yang diduga bermasalah.

Renald sempat melakukan konfirmasi kepada Inspektur Daerah (IPDA), Hamdan Sarbaini, S.Sos. Usai wawancara Inspektur, Renald pindah ruangan dan saat bersamaan bertemu dengan Kades Ili Suryani.
Dalam aksi yang mengejutkan itu, Ili Suryani mengeluarkan Alquran dan memaksa meletakkannya di kepala Renald sambil mengucapkan sumpah paksa.
Renald langsung merekam kejadian tersebut. Akan tetapi kades tersebut melarang, dengan cara mendorong bahkan memukul kepada Renald. Bahkan ada upaya merampas ponsel yang digunakan untuk merekam.
“Saya tidak terima atas perlakuan kades dan sekarang saya di Polres Bengkulu Selatan melaporkan tindakan kades,” kata Renald saat dikonfirmasi Rabu, 3 Desember 2025 siang.
Renald merasa perlakuan kades tersebut telah melanggar dan menghalangi tugas wartawan. “Saya melapor,” ujarnya lagi.
