Sukabumi, Jurnaltipikor.com,-Persatuan Wartawan Sejahtera Indonesia (PWSI) Kabupaten Sukabumi menggelar audensi dengan Dinas Tenagakerja dan Transmigrasi (Disnakertrans) Kabupaten Sukabumi pada 27 November 2025. Pertemuan ini menjadi angin segar bagi upaya peningkatan perlindungan tenaga kerja khususnya di wilayah Kabupaten Sukabumi.
Dalam audiensi yang berlangsung hangat, Kepala Dinas Ketenagakerjaan dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Sukabumi, Sigit Wirdamadi, didampingi oleh Kepala Bidang Hubungan Industrial, Teddy Kuswandi, dan Kepala Bidang Penempatan Tenaga Kerja, Endang Sofyan, menyatakan komitmennya untuk menindaklanjuti aspirasi yang disampaikan oleh PWSI terkait perlindungan tenaga kerja.
Pertemuan ini merupakan respons cepat Disnakertrans atas surat permohonan audiensi yang diajukan PWSI pada 24 November 2025. PWSI, melalui surat bernomor 006/PWSI/XI/2025, mengangkat sejumlah isu krusial terkait penegakan hak-hak tenaga kerja di Kabupaten Sukabumi. Di antaranya adalah masalah upah murah, PHK sepihak melalui PKWT, kondisi kerja yang tidak layak, serta berbagai pelanggaran hak-hak pekerja.
Ketua Umum PWSI, Junaidi Tanjung, menyambut baik respons positif yang ditunjukkan oleh Disnakertrans Kabupaten Sukabumi.
“Kami sangat mengapresiasi kesediaan Bapak Kadis dan jajaran untuk mendengarkan aspirasi kami. Kami berharap, janji ini dapat segera direalisasikan demi terwujudnya perlindungan yang lebih baik bagi tenaga kerja di Kabupaten Sukabumi,” ujarnya.
PWSI menyampaikan sejumlah aspirasi penting yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perlindungan dan kesejahteraan tenaga kerja di Kabupaten Sukabumi. Aspirasi ini mencakup berbagai aspek, mulai dari penguatan regulasi hingga peningkatan pengawasan dan penegakan hukum di bidang ketenagakerjaan.
