BANDUNG, JURNAL TIPIKOR — Komisi I Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kota Bandung mendorong seluruh Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Bandung untuk aktif dan proaktif dalam melengkapi serta memperbarui data kepegawaian melalui Sistem Informasi Aparatur Sipil Negara (SIASN).
Upaya ini dinilai krusial untuk memastikan integrasi, akurasi, dan otomatisasi layanan kepegawaian nasional.
Dorongan ini disampaikan oleh Ketua Komisi I DPRD Kota Bandung, Radea Respati Paramudhita, saat menghadiri Kegiatan Digitalisasi dan Integrasi Data Kepegawaian ASN dalam rangka Akselerasi Otomatisasi Layanan BKN melalui SIASN Tahun 2025 yang diselenggarakan oleh Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kota Bandung di Hotel Grandia, Bandung, Senin (24/11/2025).
“Digitalisasi akan mendorong integrasi. Jika hari ini Bapak, Ibu sekalian memiliki dokumen fisik tapi belum memiliki dokumen digital, maka itu pula yang harus kita ubah,” ujar Radea.

Ia menekankan bahwa digitalisasi data kepegawaian melalui SIASN akan mendorong terciptanya satu dokumen nasional yang dapat dipergunakan secara luas. Selain itu, sistem ini akan menjamin akurasi, updating, dan completing (kelengkapan) data kepegawaian secara berkelanjutan.
Menurut Radea, sistem digitalisasi ini akan mempermudah layanan kepegawaian mulai dari proses rekrutmen yang lebih transparan, perencanaan jenjang jabatan berdasarkan kompetensi, hingga evaluasi dan pemberian apresiasi (reward).
“Kalau dulu reward, penilaian itu berdasarkan prasangka, berdasarkan perkiraan, tapi hari ini itu berdasarkan angka-angka, berdasarkan hal-hal yang didasarkan dari data-data yang bisa dipertanggungjawabkan,” jelasnya.

Selain itu, Radea juga mengimbau seluruh ASN untuk tidak hanya aktif bekerja di kantor, tetapi juga aktif menebar kontribusi di tengah masyarakat, dan indikator pengabdian ini juga perlu dimuat dalam sistem.
Dalam kesempatan yang sama, Sekretaris BKPSDM Kota Bandung, Hani Nurrosjani, mengungkapkan bahwa SIASN merupakan fondasi utama yang akan mengintegrasikan seluruh pelayanan kepegawaian, termasuk target otomatisasi layanan Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) seperti kenaikan pangkat otomatis, pensiun otomatis, dan layanan notasi serba digital.
“Namun, otomatisasi ini tidak akan pernah terwujud tanpa satu prasyarat penting, yaitu data yang bersih, lengkap, dan terintegrasi,” tegas Hani.
Ia menambahkan bahwa kegiatan ini adalah wujud kepatuhan terhadap mandat Presiden dan Peraturan BKN No. 13 Tahun 2022 tentang Satu Data Bidang ASN, yang mengharuskan setiap instansi menghasilkan data yang standar dan akurat.
Hani menegaskan bahwa data kepegawaian adalah aset strategis dan data prioritas nasional, dan inkonsistensi data akan berdampak langsung pada kegagalan kebijakan nasional.(*)
