Toni Wijaya, S.E., S.H., hadir sebagai narasumber sekaligus membuka secara resmi kegiatan Rapat Evaluasi Pelayanan Pencatatan Sipil melalui Pelayanan Terintegrasi di Kelurahan untuk Akta Kematian (Pelita Hati) Tahun 2025 di Hotel Grandia, Bandung, pada Jumat, 21 November 2025.
Program Pelita Hati merupakan inovasi pelayanan publik yang digagas oleh Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Disdukcapil) Kota Bandung untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam pengurusan akta kematian melalui layanan terintegrasi di tingkat kelurahan.
Evaluasi ini digelar untuk meninjau efektivitas pelaksanaan program, memastikan optimalisasi layanan, serta menyerap masukan langsung dari para pemangku kepentingan.

Apresiasi dan Dukungan dari Legislatif
Dalam sambutannya, H. Toni Wijaya menyampaikan apresiasi tinggi atas langkah Disdukcapil Kota Bandung yang konsisten mendorong pelayanan administrasi kependudukan menjadi lebih cepat, responsif, dan humanis.
“Pelita Hati bukan hanya layanan administratif semata, tetapi ini adalah wujud kehadiran pemerintah di tengah masyarakat yang sedang mengalami masa berduka.
Dari sisi legislatif, kami sangat mendukung inovasi seperti ini demi memperkuat pelayanan publik yang lebih dekat dan memudahkan warga,” ujar Toni Wijaya.

Kegiatan evaluasi ini juga dihadiri oleh Wakil Ketua Badan Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah (Bapemperda) DPRD Kota Bandung, Asep Robin, S.H., M.H., Kepala Disdukcapil Kota Bandung, serta perwakilan dari kewilayahan/kelurahan se-Kota Bandung.
Dengan dilaksanakannya rapat evaluasi ini, Pemerintah Kota Bandung berupaya memastikan bahwa seluruh layanan administrasi kependudukan, khususnya pengurusan akta kematian, dapat diberikan dengan cepat, tepat, dan berempati kepada masyarakat. Tujuannya adalah memastikan warga mendapatkan kemudahan saat mengurus dokumen penting di saat-saat yang sulit.(*)

The transit center opened in 2002 and will be the eastern terminus of the East Link light rail
extension, scheduled to open in 2023. The campus is located on both sides of the State
Route 520 freeway, which connects it to the cities of Bellevue
and Seattle as well as the Redmond city center. In January 2006, Microsoft announced
the purchase of Safeco’s Redmond campus after the company had
begun consolidating its offices at the Safeco Tower in Seattle’s University District a year earlier.
Microsoft initially moved onto the grounds of the campus on February 26, 1986, weeks before the company went public
on March 13. By adding native and adaptive vegetation, using rainwater
capture for toilet flushing, and installing efficient fixtures and irrigation, the campus
is projected to save more than 20 million gallons of water each year.
The initial campus was on a 30-acre (12 ha) lot with six buildings,
