Bandung, JURNAL TIPIKOR — Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kota Bandung sukses menggelar Forum Group Discussion (FGD) bertema “Strategi Pemenuhan Jangka Waktu Penerbitan Perizinan Sesuai PP No. 28 Tahun 2025 tentang Penyelenggaraan Perizinan Berusaha Berbasis Risiko.”
Acara ini berlangsung di Hotel Grandia pada hari Selasa, 18 November 2025, dan menjadi wadah strategis bagi Pemerintah Kota Bandung untuk menyelaraskan langkah dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan perizinan demi mendukung iklim investasi yang kondusif.

FGD ini dihadiri oleh Anggota Komisi I DPRD Kota Bandung, Ir. Kurnia Solihat, Kepala DPMPTSP Kota Bandung, Eric Mohamad Atthauriq, S.H., serta berbagai pemangku kepentingan dari Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) lintas sektor, termasuk Disdik, Disnaker, dan Dishub.

Dalam sambutannya, Kurnia Solihat memberikan apresiasi terhadap inisiatif DPMPTSP. Ia menekankan bahwa tuntutan masyarakat akan pelayanan yang cepat dan berkualitas harus direspons dengan kolaborasi kuat.
“Keinginan masyarakat yang ingin pelayanannya cepat dan berkualitas harus menjadi energi bagi kita semua untuk terus berbenah. Pemerintah kota, perangkat daerah, dan seluruh pemangku kepentingan harus memperkuat kolaborasi agar proses perizinan semakin sederhana, pasti, dan memenuhi kebutuhan publik,” ujar Kurnia Solihat.

Kepala DPMPTSP Kota Bandung, Eric Mohamad Atthauriq, S.H., menegaskan bahwa percepatan dan kepastian waktu penerbitan perizinan adalah kunci utama dalam menciptakan iklim investasi yang sehat.
“Percepatan dan kepastian waktu penerbitan perizinan menjadi kunci dalam menciptakan iklim investasi yang kondusif,” jelas Eric.

Ia menambahkan bahwa FGD ini bertujuan untuk menyamakan persepsi dan memperkuat sinergi antar-OPD guna merumuskan langkah konkret agar pelayanan kepada masyarakat dan pelaku usaha menjadi lebih cepat, berkualitas, dan berdaya saing.
Acara ini juga menghadirkan Direktur Deregulasi Penanaman Modal pada Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (BKPM), Dendy Apriandi, yang berpartisipasi melalui teleconference.
Dendy Apriandi memberikan arahan penting mengenai implementasi perizinan berbasis risiko di daerah serta pentingnya konsistensi dalam pemenuhan standar waktu layanan.
