BATHIN SOLAPAN, Jurnal Tipikor – Anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Bengkalis, Surya Riski, menggelar kegiatan reses Masa Persidangan I Tahun Sidang I Komisi I di Desa Petani, Kecamatan Bathin Solapan, pada hari Sabtu, 8 November 2025.
Kegiatan yang merupakan agenda wajib wakil rakyat untuk menyerap aspirasi masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di kediaman Bapak Sugiyan, Jalan Sabar, RT 05 RW 07 Desa Petani, dan mendapat sambutan antusias dari warga setempat.
Jembatan Komunikasi Wakil Rakyat dan Masyarakat
Acara reses ini dihadiri oleh berbagai elemen masyarakat, termasuk Mantan Kepala Desa Rasikun, perangkat desa, tokoh agama, tokoh masyarakat, serta puluhan warga.

Surya Riski, yang merupakan perwakilan dari Partai Amanat Nasional (PAN), dalam sambutannya menekankan bahwa reses adalah jembatan penting antara wakil rakyat dan konstituen.
“Kegiatan ini adalah momentum bagi kami untuk mendengar langsung apa yang menjadi kebutuhan dan keluhan masyarakat,” ujar Surya Riski.
Infrastruktur dan Kebutuhan Dasar Jadi Prioritas
Sesi tanya jawab menjadi inti dari kegiatan ini, memberikan kesempatan kepada warga Desa Petani untuk menyampaikan berbagai permasalahan yang mereka hadapi.

Berbagai usulan dan keluhan disampaikan kepada Surya Riski, mencakup isu-isu krusial mulai dari infrastruktur, pendidikan, kesehatan, hingga kebutuhan dasar lainnya.

- Permohonan perbaikan jalan yang kondisinya memprihatinkan.
- Pembenahan saluran drainase untuk mengatasi masalah banjir.
- Permasalahan terkait kurangnya arus listrik dari PLN.
- Kebutuhan akan kelompok marawis yang lebih memadai sebagai wadah kegiatan keagamaan dan seni.

Surya Riski juga mengajak masyarakat untuk terus bersinergi dan berkomunikasi aktif dengan pemerintah daerah demi mewujudkan pembangunan yang merata di seluruh Kabupaten Bengkalis.
Kegiatan reses ini tidak hanya menjadi wujud komitmen Surya Riski dalam memajukan kesejahteraan masyarakat, tetapi juga menjadi momentum penting bagi masyarakat Desa Petani untuk terus menyuarakan kebutuhan mereka.
