Bengkulu, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Penjabat Sekretaris Daerah Provinsi Bengkulu, Herwan Antoni, pimpin rapat persiapan program “Jaksa Garda Desa” (Jaga Desa) yang digagas Kejaksaan RI. Rapat berlangsung di Ruang Rapat Merah Putih, Kantor Gubernur Bengkulu, Rabu (5/11).
Program Jaksa Garda Desa tindak lanjut Instruksi Presiden RI Nomor 17 Tahun 2025 tentang Percepatan Pembangunan Gerai, Pergudangan, dan Kelengkapan Koperasi Desa/Kelurahan Merah Putih (KDKMP) dan Surat Direktur II JAMINTEL Kejaksaan Agung RI Nomor 2651/D.3/Dsb.3/10/2025 tentang optimalisasi pelaksanaan program di daerah.
Asisten Bidang Intelijen Kejati Bengkulu, David P. Duarsa, paparkan dasar hukum dan arah pelaksanaan program Jaga Desa yang akan diterapkan di seluruh kabupaten/kota se-Provinsi Bengkulu. Program ini bertujuan memperkuat pengawasan, pengamanan, dan pendampingan hukum terhadap percepatan pembangunan fisik KDKMP.

Herwan Antoni tegaskan Pemerintah Provinsi
Bengkulu siap bersinergi dengan Kejaksaan Tinggi Bengkulu serta seluruh pemerintah kabupaten/kota untuk memastikan pelaksanaan program berjalan sesuai ketentuan perundang-undangan dan memberikan manfaat nyata bagi masyarakat desa.
“Program ini menjadi langkah penting untuk memperkuat kolaborasi lintas sektor, terutama dalam memastikan tata kelola keuangan desa yang transparan serta mendukung tumbuhnya koperasi desa yang mandiri dan produktif,” ujar Herwan Antoni.
Program Jaksa Garda Desa dijadwalkan akan dilaksanakan pada 17 November 2025. Rapat persiapan membahas koordinasi antarinstansi, susunan acara, penyiapan data desa sasaran, serta rencana penandatanganan nota kesepahaman (MoU) antara Kejati Bengkulu dengan pemerintah daerah se-Provinsi Bengkulu sebagai bentuk dukungan terhadap program prioritas KDKMP tahun 2025.
