Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) melakukan penyitaan terhadap 25 aset dengan total nilai taksiran mencapai sekitar Rp10 miliar terkait kasus dugaan korupsi penyaluran dana tanggung jawab sosial dan lingkungan perusahaan (CSR) Bank Indonesia dan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Aset-aset tersebut disita dari tersangka berinisial Satori (ST).
Juru Bicara KPK, Budi Prasetyo, menyampaikan kepada para jurnalis di Jakarta hari ini bahwa penyitaan ini dilakukan karena aset-aset tersebut diduga kuat diperoleh dari hasil tindak pidana korupsi yang disangkakan.
“Penyitaan dilakukan karena aset-aset tersebut diduga diperoleh dari hasil tindak pidana ini, dan total nilai aset-aset dimaksud sekitar Rp10 miliar,” ujar Budi Prasetyo, Rabu (5/11).
Rincian Aset yang Disita di Cirebon
Budi Prasetyo merinci bahwa 25 aset yang disita di wilayah Cirebon, Jawa Barat tersebut terdiri dari:
- Dua bidang tanah dan bangunan.
- Dua unit ambulans.
- Dua unit kendaraan roda empat bermerek Toyota.
- Satu unit kendaraan roda dua.
- Delapan belas (18) kursi roda.
Langkah Progresif Asset Recovery
Penyitaan aset ini merupakan bagian dari upaya berkelanjutan KPK untuk memulihkan kerugian keuangan negara.
“Penyitaan aset-aset ini sebagai langkah progresif penyidik untuk mendukung pembuktian perkara sekaligus langkah awal yang positif dalam asset recovery (pemulihan kerugian keuangan negara, red.) yang optimal,” tegas Budi.
Latar Belakang Kasus Korupsi Dana CSR/PSBI
Saat ini, KPK masih terus melakukan penyidikan kasus dugaan korupsi terkait penyaluran dana program tanggung jawab sosial dan lingkungan perusahaan (CSR) atau penggunaan dana Program Sosial Bank Indonesia (PSBI) dan Penyuluh Jasa Keuangan (PJK) untuk tahun anggaran 2020–2023.
Perkara ini bermula dari laporan hasil analisis Pusat Pelaporan dan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan (PPATK) dan pengaduan dari masyarakat, yang kemudian ditindaklanjuti KPK dengan penyidikan umum sejak Desember 2024.
KPK telah menetapkan Satori (ST), anggota Komisi XI DPR RI periode 2019–2024, bersama Heri Gunawan (HG) sebagai tersangka pada 7 Agustus 2025.
Sebelum penetapan tersangka, penyidik KPK telah menggeledah dua lokasi penting yang diduga menyimpan alat bukti:
- Gedung Bank Indonesia di Jalan Thamrin, Jakarta Pusat, pada 16 Desember 2024.
- Kantor Otoritas Jasa Keuangan pada 19 Desember 2024.
