BANDUNG, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Puluhan pengemudi ojek online (ojol) mendatangi sebuah kantor leasing yang berlokasi di Jalan BKR, Kota Bandung, Selasa (4/10).
Aksi massa ini dipicu oleh dugaan tindak pemukulan yang dilakukan oleh oknum mata elang (matel) atau debt collector terhadap salah seorang rekan pengemudi ojol.
Aparat kepolisian dari Polrestabes Bandung segera merespons dan turun ke lokasi kejadian untuk mengendalikan situasi. Pengamanan dipimpin langsung oleh Kabag Ops Ajun Komisaris Besar Asep Saepudin dan Kasatreskrim Komisaris Anton.
Kabag Ops AKBP Asep Saepudin membenarkan adanya gesekan yang terjadi di lokasi tersebut. Namun, ia memastikan bahwa situasi telah berhasil dikendalikan dan kembali kondusif.
“Sudah kondusif, ada salah paham,” kata Asep saat ditemui di lokasi kejadian.
Asep menjelaskan bahwa Polrestabes Bandung segera melakukan pengamanan di titik kumpul massa dan mengarahkan para pengemudi ojol yang sebelumnya mendatangi lokasi kejadian untuk membubarkan diri.
“Ada debt collector yang kita amankan. Alhamdulillah sudah bubar,” tambahnya.
Sementara itu, Kasat Reskrim Polrestabes Bandung, Komisaris Anton, mengonfirmasi bahwa pihaknya telah mengamankan dua orang oknum debt collector di tempat yang sama.
Kedua oknum tersebut diamankan atas dugaan tindak pidana perampasan kendaraan yang disertai dengan penganiayaan terhadap korban, yang merupakan rekan dari para pengemudi ojol.
“Kita akan melakukan penyidikan terkait kejadian ini,” tegas Komisaris Anton.
Penyidikan lebih lanjut akan dilakukan oleh Satuan Reserse Kriminal Polrestabes Bandung untuk menindaklanjuti dugaan perampasan dan penganiayaan yang memicu ketegangan tersebut.
