Sementara pada saat ini, di atas lahan miliknya tersebut, kini telah diratakan dengan tanah timbunan serta telah terkumpul beberapa alat material bangunan seperti batako dan besi yang diduga milik pembeli lahan tersebut. Dan kejadian ini tanpa sepengetahuan dan izin dari pemilik sahnya yakni Darmadi.

Diketahui sebelumnya, orang yang diduga menjual lahan perumahan milik Darmadi tersebut atas nama Asmawi yang tidak lain adalah adik kandung dari mertuanya sendiri.
Dengan adanya kejadian tersebut, Darmadi selaku pemilik lahan tersebut menyatakan bahwa kasus ini telah dilaporkan ke pihak pemerintahan desa beberapa waktu lalu, namun pihak pemerintahan desa dalam hal ini Kepala Desa Muara Sahung sampai saat ini belum dapat menyelesaikan kasus yang menimpa Darmadi tersebut.

Artinya, “Saya memang sudah ragu dari dulu, pasti kasus ini akan berlanjut, namun kalau sudah begini Darmadi akan saya datangi ke rumahnya sore ini, Asmawi pun juga akan saya datangi, supaya selesai permasalahan ini, tapi tolong sampaikan sama Darmadi, jangan dulu permasalahan ini dibawa ke ranah hukum, kita selesaikan dulu secara pemerintahan desa dulu” Sampai Gunawan kepada awak media.
Lebih tidak masuk akal lagi, diketahui pada saat ini, lahan perumahan tersebut sudah memiliki Surat Keterangan Tanah (SKT) atas nama pembeli lahan Darmadi yang dijual oleh Asmawi, seusai transaksi jual beli yang dikeluarkan langsung oleh Gunawan selaku Kepala Desa pada saat ini.
Menurut keterangan Darmadi, andaikan tidak menemukan jalan keluar dari pihak pemerintahan desa nantinya, kasus ini pasti akan saya bawa ke ranah hukum.
