Sukabumi,jurnaltipikor.com,-Ketua Dewan Pimpinan Daerah (DPD) Jajaran Wartawan Indonesia (JWI) Sukabumi Raya, Lutfi Yahya, menyoroti maraknya Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi (SPPG) di wilayah Sukabumi yang diduga tidak mematuhi aturan dan standar operasional sebagaimana telah ditetapkan oleh Badan Gizi Nasional (BGN).
Menurut hasil investigasi JWI di lapangan, ditemukan dugaan pelanggaran pada salah satu SPPG yang berlokasi di Kampung Kebon Kai RT 04/01, Desa/Kecamatan Nyalindung, yang dikelola oleh Yayasan Cahaya Dede Lestari dengan nama SPPG Berkah Family. Lutfi menyebut, lokasi tersebut perlu ditinjau ulang karena diduga melanggar beberapa ketentuan penting terkait keamanan pangan, kesehatan, dan keselamatan.
“Kami menemukan indikasi bahwa, diduga SPPG Berkah Family beroperasi tidak sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku. Apalagi, lokasinya bersebelahan dengan sumber polusi dari pabrik teh, ini jelas berpotensi menurunkan kualitas lingkungan dan keamanan pangan,” Ungkap Lutfi Yahya, Kamis (30/10/2025).
JWI pun mendesak terkait Kepatuhan terhadap Standar dan Sertifikasi resmi.
Lutfi menegaskan, bahwa setiap pengelola SPPG wajib memenuhi ketentuan teknis dan hukum yang telah diatur pemerintah. Beberapa di antaranya:
1. Standar Higiene dan Sanitasi, yang dimana bangunan harus memenuhi syarat kebersihan tinggi untuk mencegah kontaminasi makanan.
2. Sertifikasi Laik Higiene Sanitasi (SLHS), yang Wajib diterbitkan oleh Dinas Kesehatan setempat.
3. Kepatuhan pada Standar Keamanan Pangan seperti HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).
4. Peraturan Bangunan dan K3 Termasuk ventilasi, pencahayaan, konstruksi aman, serta penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD) bagi pekerja.
“Program ini adalah program nasional dengan anggaran besar dan tujuan mulia untuk meningkatkan gizi masyarakat. Jadi, jangan hanya bicara soal hak dan keuntungan tapi juga jalankan kewajiban dengan benar. Kalau tidak, yang dirugikan adalah rakyat sendiri,” ucap Lutfi.
Menurut Lutfi, SPPG yang beroperasi tanpa SOP dan tanpa payung hukum resmi dari BGN dapat dikenakan sejumlah sanksi hukum, antara lain :
1. Peringatan resmi dari BGN untuk memperbaiki kekurangan.
2. Sanksi administratif, berupa penangguhan kegiatan atau pencabutan izin operasional.
3. Sanksi pidana, apabila pelanggaran menyebabkan keracunan atau kerugian masyarakat.
Adapun dasar hukum yang mengikat antara lain:
1. Undang-Undang No. 18 Tahun 2012 tentang Pangan,
2. Peraturan Pemerintah No. 28 Tahun 2004 tentang Keamanan Pangan, serta
3. Peraturan BGN yang mengatur SOP dan pengawasan terhadap SPPG.
Lutfi juga menegaskan, bahwa langkah JWI bukan semata mencari kesalahan, melainkan dorongan agar semua pihak melakukan pembenahan bersama demi kepentingan masyarakat.
“Kami tidak sedang ingin menjatuhkan siapa pun. Justru kami mendorong agar pemerintah daerah, pengelola SPPG, dan BGN bersinergi memperbaiki sistem. Tujuannya, agar layanan pemenuhan gizi ini benar-benar bermanfaat dan dipercaya masyarakat. Kalau semua pihak dapat terbuka dan taat aturan, SPPG bisa menjadi program unggulan nasional yang benar-benar mampuh membangun generasi sehat dan kuat,”pungkasnya.
