Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) terus mendalami kasus dugaan pemerasan dalam pengurusan rencana penggunaan tenaga kerja asing (RPTKA) di lingkungan Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan (Kemenaker) dengan mengusut dugaan aliran uang rutin yang melibatkan oknum di kementerian tersebut.
Juru Bicara KPK, Budi Prasetyo, mengatakan pengusutan tersebut dilakukan saat lembaga antirasuah memeriksa seorang aparatur sipil negara (ASN) Kemenaker berinisial RJ pada Senin, 27 Oktober 2025.
“Dalam pemeriksaan hari ini (Senin 27/10), penyidik mendalami terkait dengan dugaan aliran-aliran uang yang bersumber dari para agen TKA yang diberikan kepada para oknum di Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan, yang di antaranya adalah aliran-aliran uang yang sifatnya rutin,” ujar Budi di Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Jakarta, Senin (27/10).

Berdasarkan informasi yang dihimpun, RJ diketahui merupakan Rizky Junianto, Koordinator Bidang Uji Kelayakan dan Pengesahan RPTKA di Direktorat Pengendalian Penggunaan TKA Kemenaker, yang menjabat pada periode September 2024–2025.
Sebelumnya, pada 5 Juni 2025, KPK telah menetapkan delapan orang tersangka dalam kasus pemerasan pengurusan RPTKA di Kemenaker.
Kedelapan tersangka tersebut adalah ASN Kemenaker bernama Suhartono, Haryanto, Wisnu Pramono, Devi Anggraeni, Gatot Widiartono, Putri Citra Wahyoe, Jamal Shodiqin, dan Alfa Eshad.
Menurut perhitungan KPK, para tersangka diduga telah mengumpulkan uang sekitar Rp53,7 miliar dari pemerasan pengurusan RPTKA dalam kurun waktu 2019–2024, yang merupakan periode kepemimpinan Menaker Ida Fauziyah.
KPK menjelaskan, RPTKA adalah persyaratan wajib bagi tenaga kerja asing yang akan bekerja di Indonesia. Keterlambatan penerbitan RPTKA oleh Kemenaker akan menghambat izin kerja dan izin tinggal, yang berujung pada denda sebesar Rp1 juta per hari bagi para tenaga kerja asing. Kondisi inilah yang disebut memaksa pemohon RPTKA untuk memberikan uang kepada para tersangka.
Lebih lanjut, KPK juga mengungkapkan bahwa dugaan praktik pemerasan dalam pengurusan RPTKA ini diduga telah berlangsung sejak era Abdul Muhaimin Iskandar (Cak Imin) saat menjabat Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi (2009–2014), dilanjutkan pada masa Hanif Dhakiri (2014–2019), dan berlanjut hingga era Ida Fauziyah (2019–2024).
