JAKARTA, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) memberikan isyarat mengenai sosok pihak yang akan ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dalam kasus dugaan korupsi penentuan kuota dan penyelenggaraan ibadah haji pada Kementerian Agama tahun 2023–2024.
Juru Bicara KPK, Budi Prasetyo, mengatakan bahwa pihaknya akan mengumumkan pihak-pihak yang bertanggung jawab dan ditetapkan sebagai tersangka kepada publik pada saatnya nanti.
“Semuanya akan kami update dan sampaikan kepada publik pada saatnya nanti, termasuk pihak-pihak siapa saja yang bertanggung jawab yang kemudian ditetapkan sebagai tersangka. Artinya adalah pihak-pihak yang berperan dalam proses diskresi ini yang kemudian mengakibatkan kerugian keuangan negara,” ujar Budi di Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Jakarta, Kamis (23/10/2025).
Budi menambahkan, KPK juga akan memberikan informasi lebih lanjut mengenai pihak-pihak yang berperan dalam proses jual beli kuota haji khusus dari kuota haji tambahan tahun 1445 Hijriah/2024 Masehi.
KPK mulai melakukan penyidikan kasus ini sejak 9 Agustus 2025, setelah sebelumnya meminta keterangan kepada mantan Menteri Agama Yaqut Cholil Qoumas pada 7 Agustus 2025.
Penghitungan awal kerugian negara dalam kasus ini diperkirakan mencapai Rp1 triliun lebih.
Sebelumnya, pada 11 Agustus 2025, KPK telah mencegah tiga orang untuk bepergian ke luar negeri, salah satunya adalah mantan Menag Yaqut Cholil Qoumas.
Dugaan kerugian negara dan keterlibatan pihak-pihak terkait dalam proses penentuan dan penyelenggaraan ibadah haji ini juga menyorot pembagian kuota 50 berbanding 50 dari alokasi 20.000 kuota tambahan, yang dinilai tidak sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2019 tentang Penyelenggaraan Ibadah Haji dan Umrah, yang mengatur kuota haji khusus sebesar 8 persen.
KPK berkomitmen untuk menuntaskan penyidikan kasus ini dan memastikan pihak yang bertanggung jawab diproses sesuai hukum.
