BANDUNG, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Wakil Wali Kota Bandung, Erwin mengajak seluruh kader Tim Penggerak Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (TP PKK) Kota Bandung untuk terus memperkuat semangat sedekah sebagai bagian dari upaya menumbuhkan keberkahan hidup dan memperkuat nilai-nilai kebaikan dalam keluarga serta masyarakat.
Hal tersebut disampaikan Erwin dalam Pengajian Rutin TP PKK Kota Bandung edisi ke-4 Tahun 2025 bertajuk “Kantin Maslahah (Kajian Rutin Merajut Asa Keluarga Bahagia dan Sejahtera)”, yang diselenggarakan di Pendopo Kota Bandung, Selasa (21/10/2025).
Kegiatan ini juga menjadi bagian dari peringatan Hari Santri dan Sumpah Pemuda 2025, dengan tema “Mendengarkan Anak dengan Hati: Membangun Kepercayaan dan Keterbukaan Menuju Generasi Emas 2045.”

Dalam sambutannya, Erwin mengingatkan pentingnya membiasakan diri untuk bersedekah. Menurutnya, sedekah bukan hanya amal sosial, tetapi juga menjadi jalan untuk mendatangkan keberkahan hidup.
“Orang yang gemar bersedekah akan dijauhkan dari bala, dilancarkan rezekinya, dan dihapus dosa-dosanya,” ujar Erwin.
Ia menambahkan, “Bahkan, ketika seseorang telah masuk ke liang lahat, amal yang akan terus mengalir adalah sedekahnya. Maka jangan ragu membantu membangun masjid, karena Allah telah menjanjikan balasan berupa rumah di surga.”
Erwin menekankan bahwa tidak ada orang yang menjadi sengsara karena bersedekah. Sebaliknya, dengan berbagi kepada sesama, seseorang akan merasakan ketenangan dan kelapangan hati.
Lebih lanjut, Erwin menyampaikan empat hal penting untuk meraih keberkahan dan kesuksesan hidup. Keempat hal tersebut adalah doa sebagai senjata orang beriman; keberkahan yang hadir dari menghormati para ulama dan kiai; sedekah yaitu memberi kepada sesama dengan tulus; serta kepemimpinan (Umaro), sebagai tanda adanya kekuatan dan struktur sosial yang baik.
“Masyarakat yang kuat adalah masyarakat yang mampu menjaga hubungan baik antara ulama, umaro, dan umat,” ungkapnya.
Erwin juga mengingatkan pentingnya peran keluarga dalam menjaga kehormatan dan akhlak, khususnya bagi para istri sebagai benteng dosa dalam keluarga.
“Benteng dosa dalam keluarga dimulai dari diri sendiri. Benteng dosa seorang istri adalah suami,” ucapnya.
“Seorang istri akan mendapatkan pahala besar saat melayani suami dengan ikhlas. Bahkan, ketika memberikan seteguk air kepada suaminya, Allah mencatat pahala kebaikan untuknya,” tambah Erwin.
Di akhir pesannya, Wakil Wali Kota Bandung tersebut berpesan agar setiap anggota keluarga terus belajar dan rendah hati. “Jangan pernah merasa paling pintar. Dalam hidup, teruslah belajar dan saling menghormati,” pungkasnya.
