Kaur, Bengkulu – JURNAL TIPIKOR // Hari ini, Majelis Hakim Pengadilan Negeri Bintuhan memvonis seorang perempuan paruh baya dalam kasus pemalsuan dokumen, diketahui terdakwa bernama Siti Marhamah.Senin, (20/10/2025).
Terdakwa Siti Marhamah dalam kasus pemalsuan tanda tangan Surat Keterangan Tanah (SKT) ini divonis hukuman pidana penjara selama 8 bulan, sementara diketahui sebelumnya pada sidang tuntutan, Siti Marhamah dituntut 1 tahun 6 bulan oleh Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) Kejaksaan Negeri Bintuhan.
Dengan adanya vonis 8 bulan kurungan penjara dalam kasus ini, Cedanri seorang laki-laki paruh baya yang diketahui tanda tangannya dipalsukan oleh terdakwa Siti Marhamah, masih belum merasa puas atas vonis hakim.
”Saya belum merasa puas atas vonis 8 bulan terhadap Siti Marhamah yang diberi oleh hakim tadi, sebab tuntutan Jaksa pada sidang sebelumnya 1 tahun 6 bulan”, Sampai Cedanri.
Perlu diketahui pemalsuan tanda tangan dapat dikenai hukuman penjara maksimal 6 tahun berdasarkan Pasal 263 KUHP, atau maksimal 12 tahun penjara jika dilakukan terhadap tanda tangan elektronik sesuai dengan Pasal 35 UU ITE.
Selain pidana, kasus ini juga dapat memiliki konsekuensi perdata untuk menuntut ganti rugi dalam kerugian yang ditimbulkan oleh pihak korban pemalsuan dokumen tersebut.
