Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) Republik Indonesia secara resmi menyerahkan uang pengganti kerugian perekonomian negara dalam perkara tindak pidana korupsi pemberian fasilitas ekspor minyak sawit mentah (crude palm oil atau CPO) dan turunannya senilai Rp13,255 triliun kepada negara.
Penyerahan uang pengganti ini dilaksanakan secara simbolis di Gedung Utama Kejaksaan Agung, Jakarta, pada Senin (20/10/2025).
Jaksa Agung ST Burhanuddin menyerahkan langsung kepada Menteri Keuangan (Menkeu) Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa, dan turut disaksikan oleh Presiden RI Prabowo Subianto.
“Barang rampasan negara berupa uang akan kami serahkan kepada Kementerian Keuangan (Kemenkeu) dan sebagai instansi yang berwenang mengelola keuangan negara,” ujar Jaksa Agung ST Burhanuddin dalam sambutannya.
Meskipun nilai total yang diserahkan mencapai Rp13,255 triliun, Jaksa Agung menjelaskan bahwa dalam penyerahan simbolis hari ini, uang yang ditunjukkan hanya sebesar Rp2,4 triliun dikarenakan adanya keterbatasan tempat.
Uang pengganti tersebut berasal dari tiga grup perusahaan yang terbukti terlibat dalam kasus korupsi CPO ini, yaitu Wilmar Group, Musim Mas Group, dan Permata Hijau Group.
Rincian Pengembalian dan Status Kekurangan Dana
Total kerugian perekonomian negara akibat kasus korupsi CPO ini sejatinya mencapai Rp17 triliun. Adapun rincian uang pengganti yang telah dikembalikan hingga saat ini adalah:
- Wilmar Group: Rp11,88 triliun
- Musim Mas Group: Rp1,8 triliun
- Permata Hijau Group: Rp1,86 miliar
- Total Pengembalian: Rp13,255 triliun
Jaksa Agung mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat selisih uang sebesar Rp4,4 triliun yang masih belum dikembalikan oleh Musim Mas Group dan Permata Hijau Group. Kedua grup tersebut mengajukan penundaan pembayaran.
Sebagai jaminan atas kekurangan dana tersebut, Kejagung meminta kedua grup perusahaan untuk menyerahkan aset berupa kebun sawit.
“Karena situasinya, mungkin perekonomian, kami bisa menunda, tetapi dengan satu kewajiban bahwa mereka harus menyerahkan kelapa sawit kepada kami. Jadi, kebun sawitnya, perusahaannya, adalah menjadi tanggungan kami untuk yang Rp4,4 triliun-nya,” terang Jaksa Agung.
Meskipun demikian, Jaksa Agung menegaskan bahwa Kejagung akan tetap menuntut agar kedua grup tersebut membayar kekurangannya tepat waktu, guna menghindari berkepanjangan dan memastikan kerugian segera dikembalikan kepada negara.

Jaksa Agung ST Burhanuddin menutup dengan menyatakan bahwa keberhasilan Kejagung dalam memulihkan kerugian negara ini bertujuan untuk kemakmuran rakyat.
“Keberhasilan Kejaksaan dalam mengungkap pemulihan kerugian negara merupakan suatu wujud upaya kejaksaan dalam menegakkan keadilan ekonomi yang semuanya ditujukan hanya untuk kemakmuran rakyat,” tutup Jaksa Agung.(*)
