Sukabumi,jurnaltipikor.com,-Proyek pembangunan Ruang Kelas Baru (RKB) dan Toilet yang berlokasi di SD Islam Mutmainah, Kecamatan Cidahu, Kabupaten Sukabumi, patut diduga sebagai Proyek Siluman. Pasalnya, di lokasi proyek pembangunan tersebut tidak terpampang papan informasi proyek dan kini proyek tersebut sedang menjadi sorotan publik.
Saat awak media jurnaltipikor.com mengunjungi lokasi SD Islam Mutmainah yang berlokasi di Kp. Papisangan Rt. 17 Rw. 05, Desa Pondokkaso Tonggoh, Kecamatan Cidahu, Kabupaten Sukabumi, Senin 20 Oktober 2025, terlihat sedang ada pembangunan Toilet dan gedung baru untuk dua lokal ruangan. Namun, di lokasi proyek pembangunan tidak terlihat sama sekali adanya papan informasi proyek.
Pemasangan papan informasi proyek diatur dalam beberapa peraturan, diantaranya, di Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) No. 14/PRT/M/2017 tentang Pedoman Pemasangan Papan Informasi Proyek, dan di Peraturan Kepala LKPP No. 12 Tahun 2018 tentang Pedoman Penulisan Papan Nama Pekerjaan dalam Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan Konstruksi.
Papan informasi proyek sendiri harus dipasang di lokasi proyek yang mudah dilihat dan diakses oleh masyarakat. Isi papan informasi proyek juga harus akurat, jelas, dan mudah dibaca.
Pihak awak media pun mencoba untuk mengkonfirmasi kepada pihak sekolah, namun pihak sekolah seakan menutup diri.
Patut diduga, guru-guru pun menutup mata karena saat dikonfirmasi para guru hanya menjawab bahwa kepala sekolah sedang keluar, adapun masalah tentang pembangunan proyek ruang kelas baru dan toilet mereka mengatakan tidak tahu, menahu.
“Maaf Pak, Kepala Sekolah sedang tidak ada. Terkait proyek pembangunan, kami tidak tahu,” ungkap guru-guru yang langsung pergi seakan menghindari awak media.
Prihal proyek pembangunan di SD Islam Mutmainah ini menimbulkan banyak pertanyaan, apakah proyek ini menggunakan anggaran pribadi ataukah anggaran dari pemerintah yang notabene ialah uang rakyat yang semestinya masyarakat tahu terkait penggunaan anggaran tersebut.
Proyek pembangunan sudah berjalan beberapa minggu namun sampai saat awak media ke lokasi pembangunan, papan informasi proyek tidak ada terpampang dan pihak sekolah pun yaitu kepala sekolah belum memberikan tanggapan sampai berita ini ditayangkan.
