JAKARTA, – Kejaksaan Agung melalui Jaksa Agung Muda Tindak Pidana Khusus (Jampidsus) telah menyita satu unit rumah milik tersangka kasus dugaan Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang (TPPU) dengan tindak pidana asal dugaan korupsi tata kelola minyak mentah, Mohammad Riza Chalid (MRC).
Kepala Pusat Penerangan Hukum (Kapuspenkum) Kejaksaan Agung, Anang Supriatna, menyatakan penyitaan ini dilakukan sebagai bagian dari upaya penegakan hukum dan penelusuran aset.
“Jaksa Agung Muda Tindak Pidana Khusus telah melaksanakan penyitaan terhadap satu bidang tanah beserta dan bangunan yang diduga merupakan hasil dan atau sarana kejahatan atas nama tersangka MRC,” kata Anang dalam siaran pers resmi yang diterima Antara di Jakarta, Sabtu (18/10).

Anang menjelaskan bahwa langkah penyitaan ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat bukti keterlibatan Riza Chalid dalam kasus TPPU dan tindak pidana asal dugaan korupsi tata kelola minyak mentah.
Rumah yang disita berlokasi di Jalan Hang Lekir XI Blok H/2, Kelurahan Gunung, Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru, Kota Jakarta Selatan. Bangunan tersebut tercatat dengan Sertifikat Hak Milik (SHM) atas nama anak dari Riza Chalid, Kanesa Ilona Riza.
Anang menegaskan bahwa Kejaksaan Agung akan terus bergerak menelusuri aset hasil uang korupsi milik Riza guna memperkuat bukti dalam Berita Acara Pemeriksaan (BAP).

Diketahui, Muhammad Riza Chalid selaku beneficial owner PT Orbit Terminal Merak merupakan salah satu dari delapan tersangka baru dalam kasus dugaan korupsi tata kelola minyak mentah dan produk kilang pada PT Pertamina Subholding dan Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS) tahun 2018–2023.
Perbuatan melawan hukum yang dilakukan Riza Chalid, salah satunya adalah menyepakati kerja sama penyewaan Terminal BBM Tangki Merak dengan melakukan intervensi kebijakan tata kelola PT Pertamina, yakni memasukkan rencana kerja sama penyewaan Terminal BBM Merak, padahal PT Pertamina pada saat itu belum memerlukan tambahan penyimpanan stok BBM.
Selain jeratan kasus korupsi, Riza juga dijerat dengan kasus TPPU sejak 11 Juli 2025. Saat ini, Kejaksaan Agung tengah memburu keberadaan bos minyak tersebut lantaran yang bersangkutan diketahui tidak berada di Indonesia.
