Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) hari ini mengklarifikasi fokus pemeriksaan terhadap Komisaris PT Eksploitasi dan Industri Hutan (Inhutani) V, Raffles Brotestes Panjaitan (RBP), yang sempat diamankan dalam Operasi Tangkap Tangan (OTT) terkait kasus dugaan suap pengelolaan kawasan hutan.
Meskipun RBP sempat terjaring dalam OTT pada 13 Agustus 2025 namun tidak ditetapkan sebagai tersangka, KPK tetap memanggil dan memeriksanya.
“Pemeriksaan terhadap RBP selaku Komisaris PT Inhutani V, Kamis (9/10), penyidik mengklarifikasinya terkait kerja sama Inhutani dengan PT PML,” ujar Juru Bicara KPK, Budi Prasetyo, kepada para jurnalis di Jakarta, Senin (13/10).
Sementara itu, seorang saksi lainnya yang diperiksa pada tanggal yang sama, yakni pihak swasta berinisial KAM, dikonfirmasi terkait informasi yang bersangkutan mengenai penyerahan uang kepada pihak penyelenggara negara dalam kasus ini.
Kasus ini berawal dari OTT pada 13 Agustus 2025. Sehari setelahnya, pada 14 Agustus 2025, KPK resmi menetapkan tiga tersangka kasus dugaan suap dalam kerja sama pengelolaan kawasan hutan di lingkungan Inhutani V.
Tiga tersangka yang telah ditetapkan adalah:
- * Djunaidi (DJN), Direktur PT PML (tersangka pemberi suap).
- Aditya (ADT), Staf Perizinan SBG (tersangka pemberi suap).
- Dicky Yuana Rady (DIC), Direktur Utama Inhutani V (tersangka penerima suap).
Pada penetapan tersangka, KPK juga mengumumkan penyitaan sejumlah barang bukti, termasuk uang tunai senilai 189.000 dolar Singapura, Rp8,5 juta, dan dua unit kendaraan roda empat.
