JAKARTA, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) mengonfirmasi dua orang saksi terkait kasus dugaan korupsi dalam pengadaan digitalisasi Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Umum (SPBU) di PT Pertamina (Persero) periode 2018–2023. Konfirmasi ini dilakukan bersama dengan auditor dari Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) RI.
“Saksi hadir untuk dikonfirmasi oleh auditor negara mengenai proses pengadaan tersebut,” ujar Juru Bicara KPK, Budi Prasetyo, saat dikonfirmasi di Jakarta, Minggu (12/10/2025).
Dua saksi yang dimintai konfirmasi adalah Jumali, yang menjabat sebagai Vice President Retail Fuel Marketing Pertamina tahun 2017-2018, serta satu orang dari PT Amartha Valasindo.

Konfirmasi ini dilakukan sebagai bagian dari proses penyidikan yang telah memasuki tahap akhir, di mana KPK bersama BPK sedang melakukan penghitungan kerugian keuangan negara. Sebelumnya, pada 28 Agustus 2025, KPK telah mengungkapkan bahwa penyidikan kasus ini sedang menghitung kerugian negara.
Latar Belakang Kasus
Kasus dugaan korupsi ini telah naik dari tahap penyelidikan ke penyidikan sejak September 2024. KPK mulai memanggil sejumlah saksi pada 20 Januari 2025.
Pada 31 Januari 2025, KPK mengumumkan telah menetapkan total tiga orang sebagai tersangka dalam kasus ini.
Salah satu tersangka kasus digitalisasi SPBU ini, yakni Elvizar (EL), diketahui juga merupakan tersangka dalam kasus dugaan korupsi pengadaan mesin electronic data capture (EDC) di PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) periode 2020–2024.

Elvizar menjabat sebagai Direktur PT Pasifik Cipta Solusi (PCS) saat kasus digitalisasi SPBU dan Direktur Utama PCS dalam kasus mesin EDC.
KPK terus berkomitmen menuntaskan penyidikan kasus ini dan akan menyampaikan perkembangan lebih lanjut kepada publik.
