JAYAPURA, JURNAL TIPIKOR– Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) RI tengah melaksanakan pemeriksaan terkait pengelolaan anggaran di Kepolisian Daerah (Polda) Papua. Kegiatan pemeriksaan ini dimulai pada Selasa (7/10) dan merupakan bagian dari upaya mewujudkan tata kelola keuangan yang transparan dan akuntabel di lingkungan kepolisian.
Fokus pemeriksaan kali ini diarahkan pada Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum (Ditreskrimum) dan Direktorat Samapta (Dit Samapta) Polda Papua. Tim pemeriksa BPK RI yang dipimpin oleh Yuniar Arifianto didampingi anggota tim Hendri Adi Saputra, Rachmat Romdoni, Vien Andriyani, Galih Bima Pramestya, Muammar Fauzy, dan Rakmat Luthfiansyah Mosii.
Komitmen Transparansi dan Akuntabilitas
Direktur Reserse Kriminal Umum (Dirreskrimum) Polda Papua, Kombes Achmad Fauzi, di Jayapura, Selasa, menyambut baik kegiatan pengawasan dan pemeriksaan ini. Ia menekankan bahwa audit oleh BPK RI adalah bagian penting dari komitmen Polda Papua untuk memperkuat transparansi dan akuntabilitas.
“Kami menyambut baik kegiatan pengawasan dan pemeriksaan yang dilakukan BPK RI, karena ini merupakan bagian dari komitmen Polda Papua untuk memastikan setiap kegiatan operasional dan penggunaan anggaran berjalan sesuai dengan ketentuan serta dapat dipertanggungjawabkan secara terbuka,” ujar Kombes Achmad Fauzi.
Tujuan utama pelaksanaan pemeriksaan ini adalah untuk menilai kepatuhan pelaksanaan kegiatan dan penggunaan anggaran pada Ditreskrimum dan Dit Samapta terhadap ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan, peraturan Menteri Keuangan, serta peraturan internal Polri.
Selain itu, tim pemeriksa juga melakukan pengecekan terhadap kendaraan operasional, barang-barang inventaris, serta menilai keandalan sistem pengendalian intern dalam pengelolaan dan pertanggungjawaban keuangan.
Hasil Sementara dan Rekomendasi Administratif
Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan sementara, Kombes Achmad Fauzi mengungkapkan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan dan pertanggungjawaban keuangan pada Ditreskrimum dan Dit Samapta Polda Papua telah berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.

Meskipun demikian, BPK RI memberikan beberapa catatan administratif. Catatan tersebut terkait dengan ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan serta kelengkapan bukti pertanggungjawaban belanja operasional.
Lebih lanjut, tim pemeriksa juga memberikan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan pengawasan internal di lingkungan Polda Papua.
