Bandung, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Bandung melalui Lembaga Pengembangan Tilawatil Qur’an (LPTQ) Kota Bandung menggelar Bimbingan Teknis (Bimtek) Dewan Hakim LPTQ Tahun 2025 di Kamboti Sariater Bandung.
Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kompetensi, integritas, dan profesionalisme para dewan hakim yang memiliki peran krusial dalam menjaga kualitas dan keadilan pada setiap penyelenggaraan Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur’an (MTQ) dan Seleksi Tilawatil Qur’an dan Hadis (STQH).
Sekretaris Daerah Kota Bandung, Iskandar Zulkarnain, menegaskan bahwa tugas dewan hakim membawa amanah spiritual yang besar.
“Tugas dewan hakim memerlukan ilmu, ketelitian, dan keikhlasan. Keputusan mereka bukan sekadar soal nilai, tapi merupakan amanah yang harus dipertanggungjawabkan,” ujar Iskandar, Senin (6/10/2025).
Menurutnya, Bimtek ini penting untuk memperdalam kode etik dan menjaga integritas dewan hakim, sejalan dengan visi pembangunan Kota Bandung untuk mewujudkan kota yang unggul, terbuka, amanah, maju, dan agamis.
“Nilai keagamaan bukan hanya identitas, tapi menjadi jiwa dari setiap kebijakan pemerintah,” tambahnya.
Pemkot Bandung berkomitmen untuk terus berkolaborasi dengan LPTQ dan Kementerian Agama dalam membentuk generasi Bandung yang Qur’ani, beriman, dan berakhlak mulia.
Ia berharap dewan hakim dapat menjadi panutan masyarakat dalam mengamalkan nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an.
Di lokasi yang sama, Ketua Harian LPTQ Kota Bandung, Mimin Sutisna, menyampaikan bahwa bimbingan teknis ini juga merupakan bagian dari upaya regenerasi dewan hakim.
Mengingat banyak dewan hakim senior yang telah wafat atau berhalangan, LPTQ tengah mempersiapkan generasi baru yang mumpuni.
“Kami ingin menghadirkan dewan hakim baru yang mumpuni untuk beberapa tahun ke depan. Kualitas pelaksanaan MTQ Kota Bandung bisa tetap terjaga jika dewan hakim yang bertugas adalah orang-orang yang benar-benar siap dan memahami tugas serta tanggung jawabnya,” ungkap Mimin.
Peserta diwajibkan mengikuti seluruh rangkaian pembekalan, yang juga membuka peluang bagi mereka untuk menjadi hakim di cabang tilawah maupun tahfidz.

Sementara itu, Kepala Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Bandung, Irwan Nurjaman, menyatakan bahwa kegiatan ini merupakan ikhtiar penting untuk mempertahankan prestasi Bandung sebagai juara MTQ.
“Kegiatan ini sangat penting untuk menjaga kualitas pelaksanaan MTQ. Ini bukan hanya soal lomba, tapi juga sarana syiar Islam dan memperkuat nilai-nilai religius dalam kehidupan masyarakat,” tegas Irwan.
Ia menekankan bahwa dewan hakim memegang peran kunci dalam menjaga kepercayaan publik terhadap proses penilaian MTQ yang objektif dan adil“Integritas, objektivitas, dan transparansi dewan hakim sangat menentukan lahirnya generasi yang berakhlak mulia.
Karena itu, pemahaman teknis dan keterampilan mereka harus terus ditingkatkan,” tutupnya.
