BANDUNG, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Wali Kota Bandung, Muhammad Farhan, secara resmi memberhentikan sementara Kepala Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga (Kadispora) Kota Bandung, Eddy Marwoto.
Keputusan ini diambil setelah Eddy Marwoto ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dalam kasus korupsi dana hibah Pramuka oleh Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Jawa Barat.
Pemberhentian sementara ini telah mendapatkan persetujuan dari Gubernur Jawa Barat dan Kementerian Dalam Negeri, serta surat resmi dari Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) yang diterbitkan sebelum 20 Agustus 2025.
“Status kepegawaiannya (Eddy Marwoto) sudah diberhentikan sementara. Saya sudah tanda tangan sejak ada penetapan tersangka,” ujar Wali Kota Farhan usai melantik 89 pejabat di Plaza Balai Kota Bandung, Senin.
Untuk mengisi kekosongan posisi Kadispora, Wali Kota Farhan menunjuk Sigit Iskandar sebagai Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Kadispora. Sigit yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Sekretaris Dispora, dilantik bersama puluhan pejabat lainnya.
Eddy Marwoto ditetapkan sebagai tersangka pada 13 Juni 2025. Ia diduga terlibat dalam penyalahgunaan dana hibah Kwartir Cabang (Kwarcab) Gerakan Pramuka Kota Bandung untuk tahun anggaran 2017, 2018, dan 2020 senilai total Rp6,5 miliar.
Selain Eddy, Kejati Jawa Barat juga menetapkan tiga tersangka lain dalam kasus ini, yaitu mantan Kadispora Kota Bandung Dodi Ridwansyah, mantan Sekretaris Daerah Kota Bandung Yossi Irianto, serta mantan Ketua Harian Kwarcab Pramuka Bandung Deni Nurhadiana Hadimin.

Akibat perbuatan ini, negara ditaksir mengalami kerugian hingga 20 persen dari total dana hibah yang telah dicairkan. “Jadi diberhentikan sementara. Kalau ternyata di pengadilan nanti ada sesuatu, kita belum tahu hasil akhirnya,” tutup Wali Kota Farhan.
